The location could not have been more convenient to the Inn, Raw Bar, Marketplace, and the beach.

Easy to get into vacation mode

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our best experience in the 20 years we've rented on the Cape! The communication before our stay was excellent and we were able to get right into enjoying our vacation. Simple things like a lockbox made it easy to get and leave the keys.

We rented pre-season for 2 nights. Location was awesome, just houses away from a great private beach with a short walk to Popponesset Inn and The Beach Bar. Another short walk from house around corner to The Marketplace complex where you can buy groceries, eat at the famous Raw Bar and another great eatery across the sidewalk, a coffee shop, and more. The house is undergoing some upgrades but we were totally comfortable and more than met the needs of 6 adults. Beautiful country club golfing just a few minutes drive away. Overall, lots to do in the general area and if it rains, there are games and 3 tvs in the house. Property Management quickly responded to questions.
