Ce Cape sinueux a des vitraux, des planchers de bois franc et tous les dĂ©tails que vous pouvez attendre d’un cottage Vineyard original, Ă  l’exception de sa nouveautĂ©. SĂ©jour / salle Ă  manger avec grande meubles anciens et contemporains, cuisine moderne, vĂ©randa et une immense salle de jeux avec table de billard. VĂ©randa enveloppante avec bain Ă  remous, escalier en colimaçon menant Ă  une troisiĂšme terrasse et vaste cour arriĂšre avec douche extĂ©rieure. Ce n'est pas votre propriĂ©tĂ© de location moyenne!

Au rez-de-chaussée, véranda avec moustiquaire, petite chambre (une avec lits jumeaux), chambre principale (reine) avec petite terrasse et douche extérieure, salle de bain avec douche / baignoire sur pattes, cuisine, grand salon / salle à manger et marches menant au jeu en rez-de-jardin piÚce.

À l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur se trouvent deux chambres (queen), une salle de bain avec douche et des portes-fenĂȘtres donnant sur le pont supĂ©rieur.

Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme du quartier de Katama à Edgartown. Promenez-vous à Edgartown Great Pond pour nager. Vélo ou conduire au village d'Edgartown et à South Beach (environ un mile et demi à chacun). PrÚs des pistes cyclables, des magasins / restaurants, des épiceries et autres marchés pour faire le plein pour votre séjour.

Great property, great location. Near South Beach and able to get into Edgartown easily. Very roomy and nice amenities, we enjoyed the pool table in the evening. The kitchen was not as well appointed as we were expecting but that did not diminish the quality of our time there. Owners communicated very well prior to arrival and we did not have any major issues during our stay that required us to reach out to them.

Absolute perfect family home

Hosts were super responsive to any needs and lovely to work with. House is in perfect location -beach access and town a short ride away. Very comfortable with every thing you need for a great get away.

Lovely home with lots of outdoor space - yard and decks. Location is convenient with quick bike ride to south beach and town. Liz is quick to respond and made everything very easy!

Perfect Location

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It’s the perfect spot between Edgartown and South Beach. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces for morning coffee and nights when we grilled in. The six of us enjoyed the game room with the pool table, jigsaw puzzles, and board games. We can’t wait to come back to our happy place!

Lovely home in Katama

Beautiful house located near Edgartown and South Beach. It was great for our family of three couples and a baby. We just wished that there was a table on the lovely deck that accommodated more than four people for a meal. However, the table inside accommodated our needs.

Relaxing and private yet close to all

My family has rented this home for several weeks the past three years. We have enjoyed every minute in this beautifully kept, private home that feels wonderfully remote, yet is close to everything we enjoy! There are terrific outdoor spaces and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. This home embodies everything we love best about the Vineyard!

Great charm, space and location!

Sea Glass Cottage was a great rental. The house is very unique with lots of charm. There is plenty of space to spread out both in the house and on one of the numerous patio and deck areas -- making it a perfect choice for extended families or small groups who don't always want to be in each other's hair. The hot tub was great at the end of the day. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to visit again!!

Amazing home, perfect for a long stay

It was our first time renting the 'Sea Glass Cottage', and the whole experience with the owners was fantastic. The pictures on the website are really nice, and the house has even more charm in person. The owners love of the island and this home really shows. The location in Katama was perfect as well, a very quiet neighborhood. It's a gem.

Great for all ages!

Delightful island experience without the crowds. The house seemed bigger than advertised and very clean. Jacuzzi and pool table were a highlight. Accommodations were comfortable and there were plenty of reading materials (I enjoyed reading JAWS!). Only down side was there was nowhere to put the trash at the end of our stay (trash was full when we arrived on Thursday).

Gorgeous home! Comfortable and beautifully decorated!

We stayed at Sea Glass Cottage two weekends ago with 7 adults (3 couples plus one). We were all amazed when we arrived to find such a beautiful, spacious home with such charm and appeal. The pictures do not adequately portray how gorgeous this property is, both inside and out. The layout was perfect for 7 adults - plenty of decks, indoor space and privacy. The grounds were beautiful and the outdoor spaces so appealing! The house was immaculate and the layout was unique. We most certainly will return to stay here again!!

The Sea Glass Cottage - A Very Special Find

This was our 3rd year in this amazing house. We have been coming to the Vineyard for 30 years; and therefore, have seen our share of Vineyard rentals along the way. Of all the rentals, this house is by far the best and meets 100% of my very picky criteria. First the basics - the location is great for getting wherever you want to go - a few minutes to Morning Glory (yum), South Beach & Norton Point, and Edgartown. A lovely manicured lawn - perfect for croquet. The house itself is well maintained, perfectly decorated so that you feel at home, but not as though you are invading someone personal space. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. The outdoor shower is the best - we never use anything but. But wait there's more! Its the extras that make this house so fantastic. Hot tub (clean and always ready to use), cottage/rustic screened in porch (great for reading in the late afternoon), what we call the billiard room - a fun place to have drinks and play a game of pool and last (but not least) wonderful decks (including rooftop) for relaxing and enjoying afternoon libations or early morning coffee. So hope this helps others to know this is a special find. And we look forward to next summer and many more to come.

Girls trip

This was the perfect house for our girls trip before one of the girls got married this summer. There was plenty of space for hanging out and the sleeping arrangements were great. The Hot Tub was so much fun to relax in after dinner. Everything was clean and the beach chairs on the side of the house were perfect since we didn't have a car to bring our own. Liz the owner even messaged me afterwards and let me know that I had forgotten a small bag at the house. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Vineyard home

Seaglass Cottage is bright, comfortable, and spacious - the room with the pool table and the hot tub were both big hits with my family during our stay last weekend. There are several decks to enjoy the outdoors. We appreciated the high ceilings and unique architecture. The area is quiet yet close to both South Beach and town. We all hope to have another opportunity to visit and stay there!

Lovely stay in wonderful and interesting home

This is a great property, a creative and inspiring space. Ample living areas, both in and out, laid out so privacy can be had by members of family/friends if desired Hot tub, outdoor shower, pool table were all nice features. It is a corner lot, a road runs beside it, but we did not find this to an issue. Nice location to get to both South Beach and Edgartown. Hosts were responsive and pleasant. Vineyard perfection!

The Seaglass Cottage was even better in person than in the pictures. It was airy, spacious, and quiet (away from downtown areas, but not a far drive). The game room was a great way to spend time at night winding down or on rainy days. The kitchen was convenient and was a great flow with the open floor plan. All and all, it exceeded our expectations!!
