Nestled near Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Duck Creek OHV trails, this lower-unit log cabin blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Ideal for couples exploring the Grand Circle, it features a cozy king bed, compact fully equipped kitchen, and Starlink Internet for staying connected or unplugging in peace. Your perfect home base for adventure and relaxation.
THE SPACE
Youâre in Unit #3, a snug downstairs retreat designed for comfort. Enjoy polished floors, a plush king bed, a fold-out sleeper chair, a full bathroom, and a compact kitchen with everything you need. A shared laundry room is available for refreshing after long days outdoors.
Pets are welcome! To maintain our high level of cleanliness we charge a $115 pet fee. Please keep pets off the furniture.
GAME ROOM (SHARED)
Access the shared garage game room with your private door code. Enjoy darts, foosball, giant Jenga, cornhole, board games, and a guitar. Please follow noise guidelines and be considerate of other guests.
Early check-in or late check-out is $20 each, based on availability.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Outdoor Seating: Just outside your door for sunsets and quiet mornings.
Firepit: Nearby with Adirondack seating for stargazing nights. Firewood is available for $15 per night.
Your outdoor seating and firepit are private to Unit #3. You have 2 dedicated parking spots in the lower gravel driveway. Feel free to explore the hills and trails behind the cabinâsunrise views and unique river rocks await. Please respect areas reserved for other guests.

We manage remotely and have local resources available if needed.
Located in a quiet cabin community just east of Toddâs Junction, known for clear mountain air and incredible night skies.
Parking: 2 spots in the lower gravel driveway.
Access: About 1.5 miles off US-89. AWD/4WD and proper tires strongly recommended from mid-October through early March. Snow removal is arranged when possible but not guaranteed. Spring mud may require high clearance. Guests are responsible for recovery costs. No refunds for improper vehicle access.

Shared Property: The upper unit may be occupied. This unit does not have hot tub access. Please observe quiet hours.
Pets: Welcome with a $100 pet fee. Pets may not sleep on beds.
Connectivity: Starlink Wi-Fi and smart TVs included.
Wildlife: Observe from a distance and do not feed. Aliens remain unconfirmed.
Fire Restrictions: Subject to state and county advisories.
Surveillance: Cameras on garage exterior and in the laundry room.
Shared Game Room: Common space with noise curfews enforced.
This is a true forest cabinâoccasional critters may appear despite regular pest control.
1. Between the hours of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, please keep loud noises to a minimum and be courteous of other guests and neighbors.
2. If you decided to use the game room please be respectful of other guests. The game room is closed 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. If you decide to play games please pick up after yourself.
3. No illegal activity or hazardous materials, such as fireworks or other combustibles are permitted on property.
4. There are no sink disposals. Please put all food into the trash before putting dishes in the sink.
5. Please clean the BBQ Grills after each use.
6. Drive cautiously with your 4 wheelers, Side by sides, ATVâs or UTVâs. Speed limit on Oak ridge road, Lutherwood road, and in the vicinity of cabins is 15 MPH.
7. No smoking inside or within 20 feet of the cabins.
8. No shoes in carpeted areas.
9. No hunting or shooting on property.
10. Do not leave doors open as little critters may enter. Lock doors and windows before you head out to explore.
11. Adhere to all fire restrictions in the area. Fires are ONLY allowed in designated fire pits.
12. Extinguish fires at night and before leaving the property. Use water from the house and stir with a shovel to fully extinguish.
13. Do not chop down trees in the area. Firewood can be purchased at the MOBIL gas station on UT-89.
14. The Internet is provided by Starlink and can fluctuate in speed. Be patient of the internet and keep in mind that the internet is not guaranteed.
15. Pets are welcome. We ask that all pets remain on leashes when outside and are never left unattended. Please always clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.
17. Between October and March please leave the thermostat at 61 degrees or higher so that our pipes do not freeze.
