Escape to this true mountain cabin with quality modern furnishings. You will feel peaceful in this warm and inviting space that sits on a 15-acre private and scenic lot in the Gateway Mountain community. Step right off the driveway onto a walking trail. Return for a soak in the hot tub with a view. Warm up by the gas log fireplace. Prepare a meal in the gourmet kitchen. There`s even a workspace with Starlink if you need it. This escape is ideal for families, friend groups, and remote workers.

Guests have full access to the entire home and 15-acre property. You may also access the outdoor amenities of the Gateway Mountain community which include fishing/swimming/paddling lakes, hiking/biking trails, and waterfalls on nearly 3000 acres.
Mobile and GPS service is limited â please download directions before travel.
Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and backyard for security (none face the porch or deck).
We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someoneâs home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.
QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.
MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.
LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.
GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.
PETS ALLOWED. We welcome well-behaved pets. Please clean up after your pet outside and inside. If you must allow your pets on furniture, please cover the furniture with YOUR OWN blanket or towel. The pet fee does NOT include animal waste cleanup or stains on bedding, towels, or upholstery.
GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm arising from their use of the property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such events. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.
CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.
Please help us understand your intent to follow these House Rules by stating, `I`ve read the House Rules` when making a booking inquiry or completing your reservation.
