Villa Coco Caye, Villa en bord de mer

Villa de 2 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes en bord de mer, tout nouveau lit king-size dans la chambre principale, chambre d'amis de taille queen et nous avons un canapé-lit queen dans la grande salle à l'étage.
Notre villa située à 4, 5 miles au nord de San Pedro dans la zone de mata grande est face à la plage, à seulement 75 'du bord de l'eau.
Nous offrons le wifi gratuit, la télévision par câble, un service de ménage en milieu de semaine fourni pour les séjours de six nuits ou plus, et un kayak double
pour votre usage exclusif. Des dispositions peuvent être prises pour des kayaks supplémentaires si vous le souhaitez.
À votre arrivée sur l'île, vous pouvez prendre un taxi, un bateau ou une voiturette de golf en location directement à la villa.
Notre maison est l'une des 5 villas privées connues sous le nom de Caye Villas, Once a coconut plantation.
Nous avons une grande piscine d'eau douce pour se rincer après une journée dans l'océan ou simplement pour se détendre et profiter du soleil.
Directement derrière Caye Villas se trouve un petit marché, l'épicerie Mata Grande. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez commander toutes vos provisions en ligne et les avoir dans la Villa à votre arrivée.
2 très bons restaurants sont à 10 minutes à pied le long de la plage, Rojo Lounge @ Azul Resort ainsi que Mambo at Mata Chica.
Un troisième, l'un de mes préférés, (Portofino) enverra un bateau pour venir vous chercher et vous rentrer chez vous par la suite. Les coordonnées de tous se trouvent dans le livre d'or de la villa.
Notre gestionnaire immobilier sur l'île peut vous aider à prendre toutes les dispositions que vous souhaitez pour la plongée avec tuba, la plongée, la pêche et les excursions sur le continent lors de votre réservation.

Our first time to Belize. Our host, Charles was an extreme pleasure to deal with. Quick communication and very helpful. The villa was clean and expertly managed. Quiet and safe. The onsite property manager, Damien, was beyond the best. Our golf cart broke down and Damien stepped in and made arrangements for repairs while we were able to go and enjoy our day. Highest rating all around for this property and it's owner and staff. We will definitely make this our place to stay on our next trip to Belize. Thank you to Charles, Damien and all the others that made this an amazing trip.

The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels! The property was beautiful and the pool pristine. We truly enjoyed our chill slice of heaven. Damien took care of everything and coordinated transportation. He is on the property and attentive to guests. Charles was an amazing host providing details to help us get to the island and renting carts. This is one the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. Very good quality and value. The villa perfectly met our expectations, offering a spacious, open design that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The property was beautiful, well maintained and equipped with all the essentials. Communication was excellent—any questions were addressed promptly, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. The convenient location near restaurants and bars made dining out a good option, and the small market close by offered an impressive selection for a quick meal or snack. This is a place we would definitely come back to.

Spring Break Stay

We just returned from a stay in Belize at Coco Caye Village. The villas was very cute and comfortable. A crib was provided for our 18 month old. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is large and nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent communication with the owner and property manager. Damian was most helpful and the property was absolutely beautiful. Clean and well maintained. Safe and secure. Great location only 20 mins to San Pedro and about 10-15 min to secret beach. Pool was clean and refreshing as well. Would definitely go back here!

Charles and Michelle made preparing to come to Belize for the first time so easy. They helped us with arranging transportation to their place and golf cart rental for transportation while we were there. We were supported during our stay by Damien the host/grounds keeper, Amparo the house keeper/cook, and Vladimir the night watchman. Our every need and safety was taken care of which allowed us to just relax and play without worry. We had an incredible time and will definitely return. Thank you Charles and his staff for taking such good care of us.

AMAZING TRIP

We had the BEST TIME! Friends and family trip - the staff did everything possible to make our trip perfect! Helped with golf carts, tours, and recommendations on things to do in the area. The house was better than expected, wouldn't change a single thing. Can't wait to go back!

beautiful home away from home

It was a beautiful home, 2 bedroom, 3 bath, and a pull out couch. The kitchen was equipped well. Right on the beach. The caretaker, Damien, was very nice, and efficient with any answers and help. The owner was very nice, and responded quickly to any questions. He paid for a taxi to take us there upon arrival. I would recommend this rental if you are looking for a quiet, yet beautiful home.
