AchevĂ© la rĂ©novation de toute la maison en 2013, 9 marais Wren est Ă  quelques pas de la plage (3 minutes Ă  pied!) avec toutes les commoditĂ©s modernes dont les familles ont besoin pendant leur sĂ©jour. L'Ă©tage principal contient la chambre principale / salle de bain, une deuxiĂšme chambre principale / salle de bain et une grande chambre au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage. La cuisine / grande salle a un plasma de 60 pouces avec branchement de jeu, un bureau privĂ© et un espace de restauration en verre. La nouvelle cuisine a affinĂ© les plateaux en marbre de Carrare avec des appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable, notamment un refroidisseur de vin de 40 bouteilles. Les planchers de chĂȘne rouge donnent Ă  la maison chaleur et charme. Le premier Ă©tage contient une chambre avec lit queen et lits superposĂ©s, une salle de tĂ©lĂ©vision pour les enfants et une salle de bain complĂšte avec accĂšs Ă  la piscine. Le premier Ă©tage de l’espace ludique comprend une grande table Ă  manger pour 10 personnes, une table de ping-pong et un coin salon. Une grande douche extĂ©rieure et un barbecue Weber sont adjacents Ă  la salle de projection pour une vie en plein air complĂšte.

Perfect fit for us!

This house at our favorite beach did not disappoint!The kitchen had a great island for serving our family dinner buffets, and the pool was large, refreshing and clean!There were also a nice beach cart and extra beach chairs available for use. It was very kid-friendly, and the only thing I would change is it would be nice to have an inside table big enough to seat 8-10 people.Thanks for a great week!

Family vacation in HH

We had a wonderful time staying in this home and it worked perfectly for us -- as family of 9. It's been beautifully renovated and is decorated very tastefully. The kitchen was amazing and is fully stocked with cookwear, dishes, etc. The kids loved the oversized pool and all of toys and floats available for their use. The adults appreciated all the beach chairs and coolers available for our use - would have saved us a lot of packing if we'd known they were there. The location of the home is fantastic as the beach is only a few steps away. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Hilton Head!

Fabulous Spring Break

This beautiful, spacious house has it ALL! Pool is very large, hot tub is amazing and a short easy walk to the beach. The property owner & manager were both very responsive & helpful. Our family loved everything about the property and would definitely stay here again!

Hilton Head Oasis

We love everything about Hilton Head! The home was spacious and well equipped. Large pool and hot tub with lots of outdoor space. Property manager was super quick to respond to any email when we had questions. Ideal location w easy access to beach, Salty Dog, and Harbor Town. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Time

We were very pleased with the accomodations, pool, hot tub, screened porches with ping pong, and proximity to the beach. Appreciated beach wagon and beach chairs, and TV's in each bed room. Nice open kitchen and room for everyone. Definately thinking about coming back.

Great location and house - major pool issue

This was a great house and wonderful location. However, there were issues with the pool water filtration that led to 6 out of 6 children getting extreme outer ear infections. The concern of the water was communicated to the property manager and then to the pool company - but the issue was misdiagnosed until after we departed. Apparently A1 pools had installed a valve incorrectly which was contaminating the pool water and they continued to shock the water which wasn’t the proper remedy (all of this information provided to me from the property manager). I do believe that the property manager did all she could and could not have known that the pool company would misdiagnose the issue. However, I don’t think she or the owner understood the severity of our problems. Kids didn’t sleep after the first two fell ill on day 3. This also meant that adults didn’t sleep. There were also a couple rashes, vomiting from the pain 5 trips to the urgent care and even blood from an ear over night. The aches continued for both families several days back at home after the repair. I thought that compensation for four days was fair and was offered (have not received) compensation for just under 1 night’s value. Again the house and location were perfect and I would *consider* staying here again. We’ve been staying in Sea Pines for decades and this was one of the better setups. I just don’t think the owner properly evaluated of situation.

Pool and spa nightmare

House and property were great. However the hot tub is included with the price and did not work. Asked to have the pool heated during our stay and that didn’t work either. Was told they were trying to fix. Although the pool guy was courteous, he didn’t have a clue on what he was working on. He got the heat temp fixed and the pool and spa got to 119°!!! Had to shut the whole hing down or the kids would have been scalded. Not sure why another company could not have been called to assist. No compensation for the spa not working for the week. Very disappointed!

Fabulous beach stay!

Wonderful house and pool for our growing extended family. Absolutely perfect and a short walk to the beach. Our only feedback is that the path from house to beach path needs cut back and path stones better placed for easier walk with little ones and older family. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Perfect in Every Way

This was our 2nd time back to Hilton Head and this time the house we rented at 9 Marsh Wren exceeded our expectations. The size, beautiful large kitchen with everything included, the lovely bathrooms with great and plentiful towels, the beds with wonderful bedding, the large pool we paid extra to be heated (worth it!), hot tub, outdoor teak dining table and chairs for al fresco dining- gas grill, easy short walk to ocean all made this the best trip for our extended family. On a side note, my 3 year old grandson locked himself in a bathroom early one morning and the property manager, Deborah, answered her cell immediately telking me how to unlock it. Just an excellent property all around.

The property has great beach access. Just a short walk through the woods on a stone path. Takes about 30 seconds to talk to the beach. Pool and hot tub worked well. Great house for two families. 2x Master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house.

Spring Break 2022

It was a great week! House was wonderful, pool absolutely amazing and communication was great between owner as well as property manager. House was very well stocked with beach towels, toys, etc...layout great for multiple families. Location to beach was very easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.
