Appartement design Ă  10 mĂštres de la mer

Ce nouvel appartement de vacances au design moderne est situé à Okrug Gornji sur l'ßle de Ciovo, à 3 km de la ville de Trogir. Il est spacieux - 120 mÚtres carrés - tous récemment rénovés. Il est situé à seulement 10 mÚtres de la mer et de la plage de galets la plus proche.

Il y a trois unités de couchage: 2 chambres (la chambre principale a sa propre salle de bain, kitchenette et balcon) et grand salon. L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Chaque chambre a un lit king size, le salon a un canapé-lit convertible pour 2 personnes.
La cuisine est reliĂ©e Ă  la salle Ă  manger qui a accĂšs Ă  une belle terrasse d'oĂč vous pourrez profiter de la belle vue sur le port et la plage d'Okrug Gornji. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers - four, cuisiniĂšre, micro-ondes, machine Ă  cafĂ©, bouilloire ... ainsi qu'avec des couverts et des verres.

Les gens à Okrug sont vraiment sympathiques et Okrug est un endroit parfait pour venir en vacances et se détendre. Il est courant pour des vacances en famille ou pour les couples car c'est vraiment une ville paisible. Les clients qui arrivent en voiture l'utilisent rarement pendant leur séjour car tout est vraiment pratique ici et pour éviter les embouteillages inutiles, vous pouvez prendre un bateau-taxi (à faible coût) pour rejoindre le centre de Trogir.
Les plages d'Okrug sont faites de petites pierres douces. Il n'y a pas de plages de sable dans la région, mais de toute façon, ces plages sont vraiment agréables à allonger!

Nous gardons nos appartements propres et frais, toujours prĂȘts pour votre visite Ă  tout moment de l'annĂ©e! Vous n'avez pas besoin d'apporter le linge de lit, vous le trouverez dans l'appartement.
Nous avons Ă©galement un parking pour votre voiture, une connexion Wi-Fi est incluse dans le prix.

Relaxing atmosphere

Dragan was an exceptional host. We had an issue with our rental car and he spent the time to help us sort it out since the customer service agent did not speak English. The property has a gorgeous view from which to enjoy the seaside from their patio. The small town and beach are just minutes away. A perfect, relaxing start to our vacation!

Beautiful Home

Great house, great hosts, great views, in a great location. Walk out of the house and on to the beach. Enjoy sunsets from the balcony. Short walk along the beach to dining and nightlight. House has everything you need: full kitchen, big TV, two bathrooms, covered parking. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

We had a marvellous time in this beautiful, spacious and very well equipped apartment. It is ideally located on the beach right beside marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Anita and Dragan were the perfect hosts, very friendly, helpful and communicative. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the spacious balcony. Otrug is an excellent base from which to explore Trogir by foot and all the other historical towns and national parks. We can highly recommend the apartment and will definitely come back! Perfect location

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location on the beach and right beside marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Dragan was the perfect host from the moment we arrived (to a welcome picnic with wine) to the moment we left. Excellent base from which to explore Trogir (which is amazing) and all the other historical towns along the coast. We went early in May and were very unlucky with the weather but when the sun shines it's perfect. Thank you Dragan for a wonderful holiday.

Amazing Stay

This apartment is fantastic as are the owners. Apartment is huge, clean, all the amenities, comfortable. Views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. Owners go above and beyond for their guests. Croatians speak perfect English. Plenty of great restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Walk out onto the beach. Split and Trogir are a must to visit. Both have beautiful old towns. You will definitely want to return to this apartment.

SUPERB

The apartment is absolutely beautiful located in the perfect spot overlooking the beautiful bay with views to die for and just a minute or two walk to a variety of restaurants and all the lovely beach bars. My sister and I spent many hours just gazing out to sea from the balcony enjoying all the boating activities as well as the stunning sunsets. Our hosts Anita and Dragan were so helpful and kind. Best location!

We enjoyed the walkability of this area. We were able to park our car at the apartment and walk to the beach and restaurants. There’s a gelato stand that accepts credit cards a few steps from the apartment which was great after a day of water activities. Our boat tour through Tamaris Charter was even able to pick us up right on the dock in front of the apartment. The hosts were very kind providing beach chairs and assistance as requested. Our favorite thing was the terrace for dining and ocean views with morning coffee. Thank you for a welcoming family stay.

A Great Place to Stay

This property is modern, clean and had all amenities for a long term stay. We stayed 26 days. Owners are right on property which is great. We loved our stay, which included our adult chidren (second bedroom and bathroom) and grandson (pullout couch private area). Beach right in front. The best amenity we thought is the balcony. We spent so much time there mornings and evenings. Parking for our 2 rental cars was provided. A short ride (5 Euro by taxi) into Trojir. But Okrug has a great beach with restaurants, beach bars, shops and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this property!

Croatian Experience

The hosts greeted us and introduced us to the apartment which was everything that had been promised. We were a family of six including two young children, parents and grandparents. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, the facilities excellent and the position, right on beach with superb views, could not be better. Just be aware that there are a number of steps to negotiate to access the apartment. It was early season but a number of local restaurants were open. Trogir is easy to reach by taxi, bus or walking (steep hills but worth it!). We would recommend this apartment for a family holiday. Croatia is great and the people who all seem to speak good English are warm and helpful!

Eine sehr schöne und große Wohnung. Alles TipTop und in einem guten Zustand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wenn etwas ist wird dies sofort erledigt und oder hilfe geboten.Der Stellplatz fĂŒr das Auto ist super wenn das Auto nicht zu große ist. 9-sitzer Bus war sehr eng aber möglich trotzdem haben wir dann direkt am Meer geparkt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der NÀhe von Trogir

Es war alles perfekt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung und insbesondere die KĂŒche waren sehr gut augestattet. Lediglich die Technik der Dusche hatte uns anfangs etwas herausgefordert. Trogir ist ĂŒber einen etwas lĂ€ngeren Spaziergang und ĂŒber einen kleinen HĂŒgel zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir empfhelen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Wir waren einige Tage in diesem wunderbaren Apartment und waren begeistert. Das Apartment ist groß, modern und mit bester Ausstattung eingerichtet. Sehr gute Ferienwohnung mit Top-Ausstattung und super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Wasser und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Balkon lĂ€dt zu einem schönen FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit Blick auf den Hafen und Strand ein. Die beiden Gastgeber Anita und Dragan sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
