3-bedroom house in Old Town Lafayette steps to Downtown

Nestled just a few minutes walk from downtown Lafayette, this 1907 renovated miner’s house is the perfect place to call home. It’s a 3 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms with a spacious kitchen and living room. There is an empty basement space that stays cool and is our favorite place to do a home workout. Enjoy the grassy backyard and outdoor dining space with your dog.

The house is stocked with everything you could need including kitchen wares, linens, and entertainment.

Bedroom 1- king bed

Bedroom 2- twin bed and work-from-home desk

Bedroom 3- queen bed

Living room- large sectional to accommodate your whole family. Enjoy the 50” tv with many streaming apps already logged in. You can also play music on the Yamaha piano or on the vintage music console.

Kitchen- large kitchen with a double oven. It is equipped with plenty of cookware, utensils, bakeware, etc. kitchen island has 2 chairs.

Sunroom- sunroom has a dining table. Perfect in the summer and we provide a space heater for the cooler temperatures.

Laundry- washer and dryer in the house

Bathrooms- both bathrooms have a tub with shower, toilet and vanity and all towels provided

Basement- finished basement that is mostly unfurnished. Bring your yoga mat and enjoy the cool temperatures for an at home workout.

Backyard- enjoy our private backyard with a shaded patio table and open space for your pets or kids.

Guest access: Guests have full access to the house and backyard

The detached garage is for our garage apartment tenant. There is no overlap in space and both units are very private. Please be courteous of your noise levels while in the yard at night. There is ample street parking directly in front of the house. Use the basement to store bikes or other sports equipment.
