Experience the ultimate Caribbean getaway at this brand new (October 2025) 2-bedroom, 2-bath luxury condo in Indigo Bay, St. Maarten. Just steps from the beach, this modern retreat features an open concept great room, sleek kitchen and a private pool with ocean views.
Enjoy the spacious patio for morning coffee or sunset dining, unwind with two beautiful bedrooms with ensuite baths.
Located in a secure, gated community, you're only minutes from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife in Philipsburg and Simpson Bay. In addition to 37 different beaches all within a 30-minute drive of your front door! PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE IS ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA THROUGH 2027. They work from 9AM-4PM weekdays. We have not had any complaints regarding noise or inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive, made everything so easy, and provided excellent recommendations that helped make our trip even more enjoyable. The property was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect,right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore and get around. It truly felt like a relaxing vacation from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This brand new unit was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable. The check in process was so easy, and property manager Danielle was helpful and responsive. The private pool was a great benefit.

This property was the perfect stay! There is a beautiful beach and restaurant that is walking distance from the villa. The home and pool was clean and Chad was a great host! Danielle the house manager was also great on ground help she was there when we arrived and was available for any questions, she also helped us find a great reliable taxi service. Overall this was great stay to experience this beautiful island and we will definitely be back!!

Please be aware and tread lightly, property manager and host are very rude!! I stayed at this condo under the assumption of having access to all the amenities listed only to find out on my arrival that the gym is not accessible and the beach is not with in walking distance, while the host reply was that he lost the card to have access to the gym without any solution besides an apology. Upon our departure we were bombarded by the property manager Danielle stating several issues with the property once we departed which included the sheets and headboard being dirty and we would be charged 1000. Danielle also stated that a candle inside the property provided by the host left a stain on the ceiling. I did not bring the candle and no instructions listed stated the candle could not be used. I’ve never stayed somewhere that has active construction and none of the amenities listed to have the audacity to charge a customer 1000 for dirty sheets is outrageous!! I would never book with this host and will be disputing all charges listed! Book at your own risk!!!

Live and learn. I unfortunately rented to this party who was new to VRBO and did not have any active reviews. I will not make that mistake again. This couple in a manner of four days managed to ruin two sets of sheets, a bedspread, the curtains in the main living area, the head board of the master bedroom and several pillows. The claims of the beach not being in waking distance are ridiculous. It is a two minute walk to the beach down a scenic path. Gym access will be restored shortly. Please beware of renting to this couple.

The Doughty's actually stayed at one of the Villas in Indigo Green (booked through VRBO) in 2018. After 10 days on the property, they fell in LOVE with Indigo Bay and began the process of purchasing a condo. It took longer than expected but here they are and their dream is now your reality!
