Luxueux Midcentury moderne

Ce sud milieu du siĂšcle maison moderne (permis de # 39744) a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© en conservant soigneusement l'clasical 1964 intĂ©gritĂ© architecturale de l'architecte, William Krisel. (Des murs en bĂ©ton de bloc, fenĂȘtres claire-voie, de hauts cielings et transition en douceur vers l'extĂ©rieur). En fait, cette maison a Ă©tĂ© en vedette dans le modernisme 2013 Semaine Accueil Tour et avons reçu de commentaires Ă©logieux de midcentury enthuiasts modernes du monde entier.

Situé sur El Paseo Drive, La communauté de Sandpiper est à quelques pas des boutiques et des restaurants de classe mondiale.

Parmi les nombreuses particularités de cette maison comprennent milieu du siÚcle l'art et de la décoration, des salles à manger intérieure et extérieure, cuisine state-of-the-art avec des compteurs Ceasarstone, quatre téléviseurs haute définition, Internet haute vitesse sans fil, foyer au gaz, à l'intérieur cour privée avec de nombreux siÚges et barbecue à gaz, etc.

La chambre principale (lit king) est énorme avec sa propre salle de bains luxueuse et espace de détente séparée avec un accÚs facile à la cour extérieure. (HDTV / DVD)

La deuxiÚme chambre (lit king-size ou deux lits simples) est également reliée à la cour et est stratégiquement situé pour fournir un maximum d'intimité de la chambre principale. (HDTV / DVD)

La salle des médias bénéficie d'un "4K HDTV et lecteur DVD 55 avec un systÚme audio Sony. En outre, un lit d'air auto-gonflant pour la visite des petits-enfants.

La piscine communautaire (20 mÚtres de la terrasse) a une grande cabane couverte avec son propre barbecue et cuisine. La piscine est chauffée (sans frais pour les clients). Il ya un jeu de palets de la piscine et putting green.

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing 4 nights here! The location is hard to beat; it was so light and bright, clean, had everything we needed to have a nice breakfast. It was also quiet which we loved and pretty private. The sonos system added to the enjoyment of our stay . Terry was prompt to help with any questions. The beds were comfortable and the main bedroom and bath were very spacious and had updated features that was nice too. The 2nd bedroom was also updated abd equally nice, just smaller. Id definitely stay afain!

We will be returning!!

We found Terry and Bev's Midcentury Modern home to be the perfect place to stay while in Palm Desert. The two bedroom/two bathroom layout was ideal and the private courtyard with fire feature and fountain was lovely. You will also find the mountain views to be spectacular!The home is ideally located right off of El Paseo with amazing shopping and restaurants all within walking distance.If you have the opportunity to rent Terry and Bev's home I highly recommend you grab it!

Winter Holiday in Palm Desert

Terry and Bev's Midcentury home is a beautiful and well-appointed oasis! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are so many great places to shop and dine close by but honestly the home is so comfortable that we just enjoyed the living and outdoor spaces. Terry was very accommodating and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would definitely choose to book their lovely home again.Thank you Bev and Terry for a great stay!

Perfect Palm Desert Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bev and Terry's beautiful Sandpiper condo. It is tastefully decorated, well stocked, impeccably clean, and in a beautiful location. Modern but delightfully retro

We love the location, so easy to access the shops and restaurants of El Paseo, and other areas of the desert. The home is comfortable and well stocked, the owners are very helpful and easy to contact. We made dinner for friends while we were there and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We hope to be back!

Always amazing !!

We’ve stayed here 4 times now and it’s always great. The place is SUPER CLEAN and feels so comfortable. The townhome has everything you need, the location is perfect right next to El Paseo. The views are beautiful and serene and the neighbors are very quiet. The owner Terry is accommodating, easy to get a hold of and happy to help. I highly recommend staying here.

Sandpiper vacation home

This is the second year we have stayed at this property and it was in perfect condition just like the first time. The house is decorated really nicely with various styles of art work and the furniture and kitchen are modern and fit the style of the house. Highly recommend this property. Probably will go back a third time.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would. This place was awesome! An orange tree right outside the front door! We had a fantastic time at Terry & Bev's place. Besides being a beautiful home, it's also a historic landmark! The location could not have been better, we were right off of El Paseo within walking distance to a cute downtown with loads a great boutiques and restaurants. We loved having our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the beautiful landscaping and pool. The hosts were excellent, they thought of everything, they were also super responsive and very friendly. We will definitely be back!!

This is our third stay here. It is just right! We love the location - with easy access to just about everything. We love Sandpiper in general and this unit in particular. The light filled spaces, views of the mountains and pool, tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen, too many amenities to mention. The hosts are responsive and respectful. What a gorgeous and peaceful location

We had a fantastic stay! The home is clean, modern, peaceful, well appointed and very spacious. Depending on your mood at the time there are so many beautiful spaces to unwind, read or whatever you want to do. I worked for two weeks while we stayed there, the wireless internet was generally excellent and accommodated all my zoom meetings. My favorite part of the whole thing was the view of the lawn and pool area, just spectacular. An orange tree is right outside the front door and we had fresh squeezed juice. Everything inside and outside is so well maintained. The mountains are close and add to the whole experience. We walked on most days to restaurants down the street. A+.

Super Cool Mid Century Modern Getaway

Terry and Bev have a wonderful gem here at Sandpiper. Great community, nice neighbors- great design and super layout. Close to everything - I mean walk to anything you need - shopping ,eating, hiking. Plus the fresh fruit was in season - every day was a orange or grapefruit fresh picked. Terry was always available but really tried to be good guests and not pester for anything - didnt need much other than the code to get in. Will come back.

Great mid-century charm

Great time. Was hot there and took a bit to cool down the property, but once cool was great. Pool was great, but warm so morning and evening sessions were relaxing. Bring an umbrella for the pool.

We live in the Vancouver area and have been visiting the Palm Springs area since 2006 when we purchased our first vacation property in La Quinta.

This property is a midcentury modern 'gem' and we just fell in love with it the first time we saw it. We were not even looking to buy yet, a month later, we owned it!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The design of this home brings the outdoors in with all the glass doors and clerestory windows. The Sandpiper community has strict controls on the exteriors so, everything looks as it did in the 50's and 60's when it was built. Thats what drew us to this location.

And speaking of location, we love the walkability to great restaurants, some with live jazz music (Back Street Bistro) as well as to some the most popular hiking trails in the valley. Also Macy's is right across the street at the Westfield mall!
