Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire 2 bedroom home, fenced in outdoor area, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking in the gravel driveway, and smart TVs in each bedroom. **Guests will not have access to garage and storage on left side of property**

The Neighborhood:
Tropical Hideaway is in a great location, close to all the hot spots in St. Augustine! The property is minutes away from the West King District with local favorite spots such as Blue Hen, Maracuya coffee house, and Mugsys. Downtown is only a few minutes drive and Vilano Beach is a 15 minute drive from the home.

Getting Around:
The Tropical Hideaways is in short driving distance to all things St. Augustine.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.

The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Other Things to Note:
*The garage is not available for guest use. A commercial business may be using the garage and side space, away from guests.
**PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
