Perfect apartment/Vacay Spot.

Over all the apartment was well maintained and equipped with everything you need to cook (Sharpened knives and all) and to spend some good time at the beach (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys for the little ones and a cart to carry all your stuff to the beach). The apartment it self was clean and nicely decorated; geographically speaking it was close to the beach (walking distance) and not to far (by car) from the grocery store. The beach, just down the street is perfect for all ages to have fun in the sand and in the waves. Communications with the manager was prompt, fast and clear; he/she answered every questions promptly! We will return for sure (apartment and St-Augustine) since St-Augustine was a memorable place for us during our 2024 summer vacation.

Amazing apartment! We felt like we were house-sitting for a friend. Super clean! Spacious! Beautifully decorated in a beach vibe. Clean furniture. Nice dishes (not junky, cheap ones like at so many rentals). Two large bedrooms with spacious closets containing abundant hangers. Luggage stands...my wife was so happy because she never leaves her luggage on the floor. Terrific porch to enjoy the weather. Attention to details...the bathroom had a heat fan my wife loved! The owner even had laundry pods and dishwarer pods available. My wife did not want to leave. Bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. Towels were thick and clean! Provided beach chairs! Super quiet neighborhood that was great for walking our dogs. Walkable to the beach. We will definitely seek out properties from this owner for our next trip to St. Augustine. PS...my wife also loved the little holiday decorations since we were there over Christmas. The little fox pillow was too cute.

This property was perfect, especially for a “fisherman's widow.” While my husband fished, I kept busy with easy access to the beach and great places to eat within walking distance. Our hosts were accommodating, quick to respond and made our stay most welcoming.

Good but not good

We love the place that we stayed in, but we did not love the neighbors that we had below us. The couple fought the whole time screamed and hollered we were scared to go outside. The man kept threatening the woman. Finally, the law was called five police showed up held the man at gunpoint my experience with my two daughters was horrible there I really hope this never happens again.

fantastic kitchen, and living space for 2/1. porch for sitting and reading under the trees. the neighborhood is old florida canopies and a few short blocks to the beach. we love it. Great to have pets.

We enjoyed this stay so much we stayed a couple of extra days. The bedrooms, living, kitchen and dining are spacious and comfortable. The porch was nice to sit and drink our coffee in the morning. We do the Old Town Trolley ride in every city we visit that offers it and this cities trolley ride was just as fun and convenient. We also got a tour of castle Otttis and it was amazing! I’m not looking forward to home. 😊

AWESOME PROPERTY & OWNERS!!

Property is absolutely perfect for a small family. The property is accurately described through the listing and the owners are very accommodating and great with communication. Very short walk to the beach and they have all your beach needs(wagon, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and toys) already so no need to pack them. This is our second year staying in their properties and we will definitely be back.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This is a wonderful apartment in a duplex building. The location is quiet, shaded and residential. It is theee short blocks to the beach. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and equipped with all amenities required for an apartment stay. Linens are very clean and good quality. Loved my stay, especially had a great terrace for morning coffee and en breakfast. Very impressed with host thoughtfulness in making the guest feel at home to enjoy the place.

back to the old neighborhood

my sister and I have stayed here 3 times now and really enjoyed it we grew up in this area when it was nothing but sand dunes so its always nice to visit. the unit is nice and clean and comfortable and the porch is so inviting watching the crazy squirrels scurry here and there,excellent location to the beach and the farmers markets and of course st augustine we'll be back thanks again

St Augustine get-away

This was a home away from home. The condo/apartment was very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the heat of the afternoon, and watching TV on the hugh television in the evening. The beach was a short walk away and local restaurants were plentiful. We visited the old town in St Augustine and climbed all the stairs in the lighthouse. It was a great place and we're likely to return.

Very nice condo, very near the beach. Nice places to walk our dog in this neighborhood. Eateries within walking distance and shopping nearby. We had a great stay, and can't say enough great things about our host.

Loved my stay!

I was totally happy with my stay at this property! It was clean, spacious, airy and bright. I also loved the decor and the modern kitchen. The location can't be beat! It's a very short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The neighborhood is very nice with friendly neighbors and lots and lots of dogs which made my pup happy!I can't say that I had any problems, but the owners were very responsive any time I reached out.

schaffer saves the day

got in after dark on a very cold night and the combination wouldn't work for us got a hold of Kristi's place of business and schaffer was there within minutes Had a wonderful stay with family and being back in the neighborhood I grew up in The upstairs apartment was fun watching all the birds,squirrels and humans. the place was perfect and minutes from the beach. island donuts rocks. beds and towels were nice but the throw rugs defintely need to be replaced Thanks again for having us

Len runs his general contracting business & maintains 20 long term residential and commercial rental properties in the historic district and at the beach. Kristy owns Panache: an Aveda store, salon & spa right down the road if you are in need. This is our 7th vacation rental all in the same area of St Augustine Beach. Very well cared for property with a cozy, comfy, relaxing feel. Have coffee, from the provided coffee bar on the balcony in the morning and listen to the waves crash. Walk two blocks to beautiful St Augustine beach but don't forget the boogie boards, chairs, cooler etc provided in the outside closet. Sit by the fire pit in the front yard and listen to the ocean waves at night. Peaceful, serene and relaxing environment in well cared for clean home you will sure to be comfy and cozy in.
