The house was clean and orderly. The location was nice. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of historic St. Augustine but a quick drive to all of it. Coffee for Keurig was very nice to have as well as a small pot for coffee with grounds or beans! Enough utensils, plates, cups, cooking items to cook a meal. Outdoor space was relaxing. Parking was right in front and the fans 100% helped with the air circulation. Loved it. Thank you for having us and responding to all our questions and needs!

Great little getaway

The home was clean and it was a great fit for us and our friends. Location was good..quiet street. Didn’t take long to get to the downtown area or to other locations we visited. The outlet mall is not far away either. We really enjoyed the downtown area at night and the lighthouse was also neat to visit!

We loved staying at the Covino Cottage! Check-in process was easy. Very clean and modern. The beds were super comfy. Nice kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Saint Augustine. Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect little house

Great stay, what a convenient location to the beach and the historic district. We had one little issue with the door lock and Adam responded to it immediately which was appreciated. Highly recommend

Great place to stay

We visited St Augustine to attend our son's graduation from First Coast Technical. I found this place and it was great. It had everything we needed and there was plenty of space to spread out. I would love to stay here again.

Fun Family Getaway

We lived in the area for 3 years and wanted to come back and visit and this was the perfect distance to fun downtown St Augustine activities and also some activities in downtown Jax. The property was well-maintained and very clean. The pack n play, kids dishes, beach toys, and high chair were extremely helpful for our stay with our young kids. We also appreciated the washer/dryer access and beach chairs/umbrellas. Overall, 10/10 experience for us! We would love to return in the future!

Awesome New House With a Great Location

I took my 81 year old parents to The Players Golf Tournament this Friday. We came down Thursday and stayed at Adam and Ashlynn's home for 2 nights. The home is brand new and decked out with anything everything you could ever need. Fenced-in yard was a nice touch, great curb appeal, and the location is perfect. It took us 9 minutes to get to dinner both nights. We went to Prohibition Kitchen Thursday night which I'd highly recommend. It's a a pub type bar with live music, good food, and a really fun ambiance. The second night we went to Columbia Restaurant. Another awesome find. Great food and ambiance. The drive to Sawgrass was only about 30 mins and we loved coming home to this quiet location/home for a good night's rest. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Great house, perfect location, and top tier hosts. Thank you Adam and Ashlynn! Ryan P.

"My stay at this property in St. Augustine was exceptional. The house is in perfect condition and has a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Although it's not in the center, the location is ideal, very close and in a quiet area. Definitely a wonderful choice to enjoy the beauty of St. Augustine without compromising on comfort. Highly recommended!"
