● Location: Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas

● Beach Access: Just a 2 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day thru Labor Day — and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 12 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway.

Wave `N Sea offers a comfortable layout perfect for families or groups. The open-concept living area on the main floor is ideal for socializing. Whip up meals in the kitchen while friends gather around the bar for conversation or catch a movie on the flat-screen TV in the living room.

Resting your head after a beach day is easy with three bedrooms on this level. One features a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, perfect for a couple`s retreat. Another room boasts two twin-over-full bunk beds, ideal for younger guests, while the third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a twin bunk bed with an ensuite – great for another family or group.

Head downstairs to the fun-filled game room. Challenge your friends to a foosball match or relive classic arcade games. When it`s time for sleep, this lower level provides another haven. A queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, with an additional bathroom for convenience. Laundry facilities are also located on this floor.

Step outside to the spacious yard, perfect for barbecues and picnics under the warm Texas sun. Unwind by the fire pit with loved ones as the day winds down, all within a short 2-minute drive to the beach for endless fun in the sun!

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
