Plus, we’re located next to the lively 30Avenue Pavilions, with the enchanting Town of Rosemary Beach and the scenic 30A route just a quick bike ride away.

HOUSE RULES:
-Minimum of 25 years to book
- Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license
- Per our rental insurance, the person who signs our rental agreement must be 25 years or older and stay at the property.
- No parties allowed at this property. Vacation homes in the area may lose their rental license if parties occur.
- We ask for a separate rental agreement to be signed after booking. The signor and responsible guest must be a minimum of 25.
- We place a $500 security damage deposit "hold" on your credit card 2 days before your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after your departure if no damages have occurred.
- If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No pets
- No shoes in the house
- No unattached trailers allowed on the property.
