This meticulously maintained Emerald Coast home, located in the Seacrest Beach Community, is the perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends. No detail was overlooked in the design of this space. An open-concept living area features 10' ceilings, pecky cypressâwrapped beams, and a fireplace.
The chefâs kitchen seamlessly flows from the living area and features Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large marble island. The kitchen is professional-grade and, alongside the sumptuous dining room and well-appointed wet bar, sets the tone for entertaining any event.
The home offers two oversized porchesâperfect for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying a great book with a glass of wine. The second level features spacious guest suites and a bunk room, which lead to the third-floor tower room. Designed as a bonus space, the tower room opens to a third-floor deck featuring an outdoor fireplace and an amazing view you wonât get enough of.

This family-friendly destination offers a tight-knit community in all-natural surroundings, along with shopping, dining, outdoor adventure, andâof courseâthe beach. Established in 1996, Seacrest Beach has become a popular destination for those longing to experience the best of Florida: sugar-white sand, dunes, emerald waters, and spectacular, breathtaking sunsets.
AMENITY ACCESS:
In order to park and access Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet prior to arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made.
Upon arrival, parking passes and wristbands may be picked up at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests may enter the lagoon amenity complex through any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside the Guest Services office marked by safety-yellow beach umbrellas.
*** Attention Guests: Please note there is an additional fee of $3 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. This fee is required by the Seacrest Beach HOA for access to the community and amenities and will be collected prior to arrival. ***
BEACH ACCESS:
The Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. Tram stops are located throughout the community and operate on demand.
Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs for setup on the right (west) side of the beach.
Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.
*** Effective January 1, 2022, the Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters, and Mokes. ***
*** Bikes are provided on a complimentary basis and are NOT guaranteed. ***
