Welcome to the recently updated "Bennie and the Jets", a beach house in Seacrest Beach. This corner lot home (only one neighbor) features 3 LARGE bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom PLUS a 4th bedroom/top floor sleeping/entertainment loft for the kids - with a new arcade game machine. Just blocks to the award-winning, 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool and a short walk or tram ride to the deeded private beach access. "Bennie and the Jets" features an open floor plan, REAL WOOD and QUIET hardwood floors, 3 large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom in the room, and each with large walk-in closets. All bedrooms feature large, wide balconies, surrounding the home on each level, furnished for dining and relaxing. You'll be spending more time outside than inside in these newly refurnished and redecorated porches! And the 3rd floor porch with picnic table and seating faces sunset skies each night! Come RELAX in this wonderful and cozy beach home, perfect for your large family!

Ground Floor:
- Giant wrap-around front porch with Adirondack chairs, large dining area, and gas grill.
- Main kitchen/ living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" Smart TV.
- Kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed for entertaining during your stay, including a pantry and an island with seating for 3.
- Dining area has a large wooden dining table with seating for 8.
- Ground Floor Guest bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo), 32" TV, walk-in closet, and it's own porch with access to the rear parking spots in the driveway.
- Outdoor shower just off the kitchen through the homeâs side entry.
2nd Floor:
- Primary Suite with King bed, large ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, vanity with double sinks and a walk-in tiled shower.
- Master Suite features a private, wrap-around covered porch, outfitted for complete relaxation with lounging sofa, club chairs, and a separate cafe table/chairs.
- 2nd Floor Guest Bedroom sleeps 5, with a Queen size bed and Twin over Full Bunk beds, ensuite bathroom(shower/tub combo), 32" TV, walk-in closet, and private covered balcony.
- Laundry area located in hallway at the top of the stairs features brand new, FULL SIZED washer and dryer units.
3rd Floor:
- The entire 3rd floor is comprised of a rec room for entertainment with bunk beds, perfect for the kids in your group!
- Features a table-top, classic arcade machine (Pac Man, Galaga, etc)
- Includes Twin over Twin over trundle bunk bed, for sleeping 3 total
- Wet bar, sink and mini refrigerator, couch, love seat and TV
- Westward-facing Sunset Balcony overlooking Seacrest Beach rooftops, with Adirondack chairs and pub table, perfect for dining at sunset!
Seacrest Beach is an excellent location directly between Alys and Rosemary Beach, with only a 5 minute walk or tram ride to the beach, great restaurants and family activities include Seacrest Village, with live music every night in season! Although all are only approximately 5 minutes away by foot, during the high season (March 1 â October 31) a Seacrest Beach-provided Tram runs from 9am-6pm, at no charge to guests, and will pick up/drop off at the condo/ Seacrest pool, beach access, and Seacrest Village. Pool hours are 9am - 10pm year-round.
PARKING:
- "Bennie and the Jets" features parking for Two Vehicles in the Private Driveway at the rear of the home, plus an additional parking spot in front of home.

** Bikes are not provided**
** Important: No Golf Carts allowed in Community, nor Rosemary or Alys Beach**

Important**** UPON ARRIVAL, Go to the "Welcome" building at the Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool in the center of the neighborhood to pick up your Welcome Packet. Welcome Packet contains your wristbands and parking passes. Wristbands are required to be worn to access Beach/Pool/Tram at all times.
Complimentary tram services to the beach or pool are operated by the HOA. Tram does not operate on rain days. Questions/concerns should be directed to the Tram Service at 850-259-6005.
Sunset/Seacrest Beach Access is closed from 10pm - 6am, There is a public beach access 1 mile east of Seacrest Beach in Inlet Beach, on South Orange Street, with free public parking.

⹠Wristbands will be required for all guests 11 years and older to access any of The Seacrest Beach Amenities. Amenity wristbands, once issued,  must be physically worn by all guests and owners at all times while using any of The Seacrest Beach Amenities such as The Lagoon Pool, tram service, and beach access.
âą The color of the guest wristbands will be changed weekly. Guests staying longer than one week will need to visit Guest Services each Monday they are here to obtain the current weeks bands.
⹠Guests should dispose of all of their wristbands once their stay is over.  Please ensure no wristbands are left in the home or unit.
The Guest Registration form has been deployed on the Associationâs website at the following web address:

The individual renting a home in our community will be required to complete the registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. The registration form requires the following information. PRE-REGISTRATION IS SUGGESTED.

It is only accessible by our two Community Association Managers and the manager of the Guest Services Department. It will be shared with the members of the Security Department, the Walton County Sheriffâs Department, and/or the South Walton Fire Department on an as-needed basis.
  Amenity Packet Pickup:
Welcome packets containing amenity wristbands, parking passes, and the welcome packet will be available for pickup at the Guest Service Window at the Lagoon Pool.
Each individual picking up a packet will need to provide identification and will be required to sign a document confirming theyâve received the packet. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates (G1 to G6 on the map.)
There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
