FIRST FLOOR

- Bedroom 1: Queen bed, porch access, en-suite bathroom with glass shower (bathroom is also accessible from the hallway)

SECOND FLOOR
- Bedroom 2 (Master): King bed + Twin daybed with pull-out Twin trundle, private balcony, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower (sleeps 4)
- Bedroom 3: King bed, private balcony, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination

THIRD FLOOR
-Secondary Living Room with Wet Bar
- Bedroom 4: Bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Full bunk beds (sleeps 6), private balcony, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination

There is a pack n' play kept at the home for guests' use if needed, and an air mattress can be provided upon request.

Concierge services including but not limited to personal chefs, charcuterie boards, grocery delivery, baby equipment rentals, and more are also available upon request!

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is a complimentary tram that can be used to get to and from the beach (but we think riding bikes/walking is better since it is so close to the beach)!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
