The property is located on an open canal with no fence. All guests (including children) must be extremely careful near the water. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries, including if a person or pet falls into the water.

The backyard has a beautiful marble surface, which can be slippery when wet — please walk carefully and no running is allowed.

Any unauthorized charging will result in:
$100 penalty fee, plus reimbursement for all electricity used.
Please use public charging stations nearby.

- NO TRAILER, BOAT, OR RV PARKING IS PERMITTED AT THE PROPERTY.
