Pool/ Hot Tub Heat and BBQ Grill-
•Our private pools can be heated upon request (US$40.00 per day, inquire with host). Hot tub will not be heated unless pool is heated. Pool is recommended to be heated between Oct-May. Pool will be heated to 87 degrees and hot tub to 103 degrees. Come have a cook out with our BBQ Grill (no extra charge to use). Please note, all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival.
Other things to note
NO PARTIES, FAMILY GATHERINGS OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. Only the guests registered on the booking are allowed at the home.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE POOL DECK.

Guest must provide copy of drivers license/government ID after booking. Person booking(above 25) must be present for duration of stay at the home. Also, confirm the names and ages of all the adults staying at the home.


Supplies Provided:
All of our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 bin bag per bin and 1 laundry tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper or toiletries.
