I couldnt have been more satisfied this this home! The pictures do not do this property justice. Every room was spacious and provided unexpected extra amenities. The outdoor area was beautiful, plenty of room for a huge family. This is a gated community with easy access using gate and door codes. The location is perfect! Close to shopping, restaurants, and a gas station within walking distance, yet you feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle because it is so homey. I loved the map displayed in the foyer showing all the disney attractions, the distance/drive time, and even uber prices. It was such a neat feature. There was nothing needed that wasnt provided without even having to ask. The host was amazing and accommodating. It will be my first choice when visiting Disney or the Kissimmee area again.

The host, Stefan quickly responded to any question or needs we had. The house was very nice and was exactly as described there were a few things that needed a little attention but we enjoyed our stay there. The location for disney was wonderful took about 15 minutes. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Plenty of room, comfy beds, a/c works well, some bedrooms cooler than others,communicative host, great location. Bring frying pans and spatulas and extra plastic ware/silverware for ease of cooking for a larger party! Loved the availability of being able to park everyone’s car with no stipulations, Thankyou!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful 7 bedroom home. Everything was spotless and welcoming.House is spacious, comfortable and perfectly set up for our group. The pool and hot tub were perfect at the end of our long days at Disney. Location was fabulous! Close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. What truly made the stay stand out, though, was our host, Stefan. Communication was excellent from start to finish, prompt and kind. It's clear he takes great pride in making sure guests are taken care of.So grateful for such a memorable stay. Highly, highly recommend this property and will definitely come back!

An amazing experience!

I was in town for my graduation and this property was in a great location with easy access to shopping. The property was clean and great to be at. The host was quick to respond not that we had issues! Will definitely come back even if it’s just to get away. Thank you for making my graduation weekend even more special Stefan!!! Oh he even offered to condo a magic show but we forgot but will definitely have him come by on next visits and pay him!

We had an amazing stay!!! We decided to make this our family get together spot! Don’t 2nd guess yourself BOOK BOOK BOOK! The host also offered to give us a magician show and boy was it jaw dropping. He also gave us a tour of his awesome cybertruck. Loved this home. Communication, cleanliness of home was top tier!

Great Location but Poor Cleanliness

This property is in a great location very close to Disney World. Unlike a lot of the other properties in this area this house is located in a very small and quiet development that my family has stayed in several times over the years.Besides the location, the other major positive for this property was the manager. Stefan was very accommodating from even before we booked all the way through our stay. It's only because Stefan was so great that it makes discuss the drawback of this house so difficult and that's cleanliness and upkeep. First this wasn't such an issue that we couldn't finish our stay but there were some alarming things that we noticed. -The furniture is very dated and in some cases dirty. The living room couches the chairs at the kitchen table were dirty and leather was peeling and ripped on most of the chairs.-The pool liner was in very poor condition with several cracks and chunks of the plaster missing.-The deck around the pool was very slick and could be a fall risk.-The yard around the pool also had random trash laying around. -There was a "game room" that was full of random old broken or near broken furniture and stuff previous guests left behind.-The bed skirts in several bedrooms had strange stains -The ceiling fans in some of the rooms were caked in dust. -Lastly there were bugs in the house, it started with small ants and culminated in multiple roaches.Overall our stay was fine but these factors were very disappointing.

Supplied and clean!

Everything we needed was here! This home was well supplied with basic cleaning supplies and necessary amenities. It was a nice change to have an actual person managing this property vs a third party. The home and furnishings are showing their age in some ways, but that didn’t take away from the enjoyment or the feeling of cleanliness. It is a great location to Disney and shopping. But it is near the main road so there is some traffic noise to be expected. I enjoyed the ease of entry into this gated community compared to others in the area. The host was quick to respond to any needs. We stayed with multiple families and everyone had plenty of room to be comfortable. Great stay with a great host.

My family stayed here for a week in February. The house was very clean and spacious. Fully stocked with all the amenties. Great location to the parks. Stefan was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely stay here again!

Throughout my life, I've dedicated myself to learning and self-improvement. I hold degrees in Engineering, Transportation, Mathematics, Theater, and Software Engineering from various institutions, including George Washington University and Florida Gulf Coast University.

I firmly believe in creativity, excellence, and innovation, values that have shaped my life and career. I've been influenced by mentors like Elon Musk, Tony Robbins, David Copperfield, and Steve Jobs, who have all guided my path.

As an inventor, I have over a hundred provisional patents for various ideas and have developed over thirty powerful magical effects. I'm an avid reader, consuming thousands of books on growth, self-improvement, and magic. I've also written around 200 books, including The Contingency, Your Fullest Potential, and Meet Cutes.

In summary, I am a multifaceted individual with diverse skills and experiences. My journey has taken me through magic, entrepreneurship, academic achievements, and military service, making me the unique and fascinating person I am today. I'm also quite humble =)
