This was a beautiful home, but unfortunately, it was not clean properly, the toilet paper all through the house was used, the jacuzzi was cracked, the furniture was broken, doors were with damaged from punches or Kicks, the paint was peeling off in many areas, at leat 7 tvs were not working, the fridge shelves were broken! We couldn't find any cleaning supplies, not even a broom, the pool enclosure was ripped. The stove and oven would turn off by itself in the middle of cooking! We contacted tropical vacation escapes, which is the company taking care of the place, as VRBO was of no help, they sent someone to check everything, they agreed there was a lot of damage on the property, but couldn't do anything at the time, because we were there. But to my surprise, when we were leaving, they were only cleaning for the next guest, instead of fixing all the issues, which there were more than what I mentioned. That is without the situation of driving in to the resort for the first time, the line could take up to 1 hour! I feel this was not a good experience for me, and think because of these issues, we should get at least 50% refund of what we paid! Very disappointing to spend so much money in a place that was not up to the expectations and advertising! VRBO did NOT do a good job, helping us with the situations we encounter!
