With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This is a very clean condo. Pretty accurate description and photos. The host was very kind and the check in was the easiest. There are a lot of stairs to get to this unit. The area is very safe, with a quick walk to King Street. We enjoyed our stay and had fun cocktails on the deck.

Location was awesome. The place had a historic charm to it. Very spacious and the two king suites, each with private full bathrooms was a game-changer. And the reserved private parking spot was super useful. Host is very responsive and accommodating!

This would have been a 5 Star review however,I am a 70yo man with knee issues. The twenty eight stairs up a narrow steel stairway was not fun (plus another 12 or so to the 2nd. Bedroom).The floors were not even in the apartment, hey the building is old. That wasn’t much of an issue.Now the good.Easy free parking.The unit was. Very clean.Well decorated.Well equipped.Great coffee (I’m a coffee lover).Everything went smoothly.Check in was fine.The location is great.I did not find it noisy.I.definitely would stay here again but only on the lower floor.

What a gem! This very quaint and comfortable apartment was a perfect spot to stay for a long weekend to enjoy all that Charleston has to offer. The apartment was well equipped and the bedroom/bathroom were spacious and the beds super comfy. The neighborhood is charming and within easy access of King Street and historic downtown Charleston. Will definitely be back!

Farther from town for walking access than expected but Ubers were plentiful. Vintage furniture was hard to use.Beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequately appointed.Porch was large and pleasant but railings were dirty and cushions were dusty. No coffee pods available as indicated and there were used coffee grounds left in the coffee maker’s carafe. The apartment is not level. Things roll off surfaces. Good to have a parking space in back. Not recommended for anyone who has trouble navigating a narrow metal 2 story entry staircase.

The host was very responsive. There were a few items missing from the property that were in the listing. He had them delivered the next day. There was an issue with the washer when we got there and he had already arranged to have it looked at. The biggest issue we had was the slant in the ceiling of the upstairs bedroom. It was pretty low and difficult for anyone much over 5’ to stand up straight. It might be helpful to list dimensions in the listing. Unit was clean and had a great porch that we used each night. The water was hot but not much water pressure. It was in a good location for king st and other activities. There was some street noise at night but once the noise machines were delivered that helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
