Long term stays are welcome. Please note that we may require a signed lease for guests who will stay 28 days or more.

EXTRA CHARGES
Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750 charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering.
Please respect the quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.


PET POLICY
$100 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be kenneled and house trained.
All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home.
All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home.
All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding.
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.
