✔️ This condo requires stairs to access the main level.
✔️ The main floor includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the upper level has 1 bedroom, bathroom, and an office.
✔️ The lofted sleeping area in Bedroom 3 is accessible by ladder only.
✔️ For safety, please note that the loft is accessible by adults only.
✔️ The community pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to sunset.
✔️ For safety, an exterior security camera is installed at the front door. It faces outward only and is motion-activated with video/audio recording.
✔️ Failure to comply with condo rules and regulations may result in a $500 fine.
✔️ Fees may be charged if any house rule or community rule is violated.
✔️ Parking Permit must be left in its designated spot at checkout. Failure to do so may result in a $100 fine.
✔️ Garbage must be taken out and disposed of in the bins near the pool.
✔️ Dirty dishes must be washed and returned to the cabinets.
✔️ Used towels should be left on the bathroom floor for collection.
✔️ If you use the loft, please bring down the linens and leave them in the laundry room.
✔️ A Rental Agreement, valid Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
