One of Folly's Best! Intracoastal Cove is a Folly gem. Enjoy scenic river views right from your porch. The Folly River is full of life including dolphins, sea birds, boaters, and kayakers. The sandy shores of Folly are right down the road. A quick drive or bike ride will bring you to beach shops and local restaurants. Mariner's Cay is a gated community with a seasonal pool.

Intracoastal Cove is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo that can sleep 4 guests. Spend your days soaking in the coastal views from two porches. There is a dining table on the screened-in porch to dine al fresco. The full kitchen has an electric range, plenty of counter space, and a dishwasher for easy clean up. There is a dining table to share meals or perfect for game night. The living room has floor to ceiling windows for beautiful coastal views. Both bedrooms are on the second floor and feature a king and queen bed. The primary bedroom has a private balcony with vast views of the waterway. Extended and Snowbird stays are made easier with WIFI and in home laundry.

Intracoastal Cove is not pet friendly. It is a second floor unit. The neighborhood has a gated entrance and 1 gate access card. There is provided parking for 1 car. **This community prohibits E-bikes, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, golf carts, campers, RVs, LSVs, jet Skis, boat trailers, and smoking on the property. ** While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. Good location for visiting Folly and Charleston I would recommend this property. We also would recommend property managers get better towels, better paper towels, better shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We would stay there again. Pool is positive bonus.

Our overall impression was great. The location on the Folly River was lovely and we enjoyed time on the deck. The condo layout is good, but the maintenance was poor. For example, the faucets in the bathrooms were crazy, the bathtubs appeared to have been painted for some reason, the toilet wouldn’t stop running…the furniture, beds and the random decor need to be improved. Communication and response from the host company was very good.

This place exceeded expectations! The VIEW from kitchen/den/patio was beautiful all the time…and with the huge doors that opened up onto screened patio, it felt like an extension of the den. Immaculately clean. We used the tennis court, and walked back and forth to folly beach restaurants and beach easily (10-12min walk). Nice that beach chairs were provided also. Pool wasn’t open when we were there, sort of a bummer. Mgmt was AMAZING-tv wasn’t working correctly and they came out right away and replaced it. Impressive. Hope to stay here again!

Stayed for one week. Very clean property! Screened in porch was awesome and views were great. Many different birds and dolphins everyday. Great water pressure. Pool was clean and refreshing. Zero complaints. Love Folly Beach and the location. Would definitely rent again.
