Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

The home sleeps up to 16, and we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Larger gatherings are possible as approved events - see below. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

Yes - this is one of the few homes where we can host them, but events are by advance approval only. Fees are $1,000 for up to 20 guests, $2,000 for up to 40, and $3,000 for 40 to 60 guests, with a three-night minimum stay and a 10pm noise cutoff. Please message us before booking rather than using instant book if you are planning an event.

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The home sleeps up to 16, with air mattresses available.
