Very clean and nicely decorated! Just as described and a very short walking distance to a nice and not crowded part of the beach! Outside heated shower was perfect to wash off after a day at the beach! Conveniently located to many restaurants and shops within a couple minutes drive!

Great spot for beach days!

Our family stayed for a night so we could have some beach days. The outdoor shower was super helpful to wash the beach off! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire area. Our only complaint was that we didn't stay another night! We'll be back!

Comfortable house very close to beach

Nice little 3 bedroom with private parking 1 block from beach. Had an issue on arrival which the manager totally took care of. In a nice location, close to retail but quiet. Will stay here again.

Fantastic Beach Stay

We had a great time at this property with our family. It was a quick walk to the beach and proximity to great restaurants, coffee shops, and surf shops was ideal. The house had plenty of space for all of us and was cozy in all the right places. We very much enjoyed the backyard and hot tub. We were also appreciative of the water pressure for both showers. Clean, comfortable home easy walk to beach

This beach house was clean, with comfortable furniture that was kid friendly. My husband, 4 yr old son, both my parents, and our dog stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The house is an easy walk to the beach and a quick drive from some great restaurants. The fire pit, hot tub, fenced in backyard, and beach equipment really made it feel like a home away from home.

Great house close to beach

Our host was very responsive to our needs. Great communication and very friendly! The house was amazing, we used the fire pit and enjoyed the backyard space with the hot tub, we will back for sure. Thank you for providing a great space for our family!

Amazing beach house!

We had such an amazing stay at this house! It is the perfect little getaway but with so much space! We did not want to leave. The outdoor shower was probably our favorite addition to the property to be able to rinse off after we got done at the beach! We will definitely be booking again and be return customers!

Cocco Beach House

The location was convenient to everytlhing you would want or need but it was too close to other houses.

Loved the back yard. Could spend entire vacation just leaving there. But the beach is great too.

Spent a lot of time in back yard cooking, eating, relaxing. Short walk to the beach. Short enough to carry cooler no problem. Good sand and warm water. Had fun in the waves.

Originally from Canada I moved down to Florida over 10 years ago for work. While working here in Orlando I met my wife who is originally from Fort Lauderdale. We love calling Orlando home and could not imagine a better place to raise our two boys. Our Beach house is our escape from Orlando and only a short 60min drive. We love the Beach, and love living in Orlando as there is so much to do, from Theme Parks, Shopping, Beaches, Pro Sports, Great Restaurants, Broadway shows and music. Truly has something for everyone within just a short distance.

Our beach house is a super short walk to make with our 3 boys and wagon full of surf boards and toys.
