Home by the Beach with Heated Pool

Located in historic downtown Cocoa Beach just a few blocks from restaurants, shops, and the beach, this home is equipped for a great getaway experience. Take a break in the brand new backyard oasis featuring a heated salt water pool, tiki hut with dining and outdoor living room areas, pool lounge chairs, and weber grill. There's plenty of room and seating to dine, lounge, and relax in the privacy of the fully fenced in backyard.

Everything you need to enjoy the beach is provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, body boards, beach wagon). The air conditioned garage game room includes air hockey, ping pong, Tempest (plus a lot of other) arcade games, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, tables, and chairs.

Security cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.

Such an amazing experience. The house had a lovely low key beach vibe and everything highlighted how detail oriented the host is in making the stay a fantastic experience. There were even welcome snacks! Everything was super well stocked. We are coming from Europe and like to have a base to see family and friends. We usually stay by Disney and do enjoy it, but this was much better vibe and still just an hour to the parks. We were at the beach multiple times, used the pool every day, and the bbq a few times. Any inquiry and Teresa sorted pronto. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, highly recommend.

Cocoa beach break was a great vacation home. Everything you need and more. The pool and beach are fantastic. The home has anything you may need for the pool or beach for fun. The house has bath supplies, all kitchen supplies. There is nothing you really need to bring except your groceries if you plan on cooking. But keep in mind spices and etc may already be stocked. The beds are very comfortable. There are enough towels for daily showers, there are even beach towels. A fabulous place to stay. We will be back

Just got home from a short, but great stay. This house is super convenient to everything in the area, but in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is fantastic and hard to want to leave many days. The house was spotless and has that cool old Florida vibe.

Cocoa Beach Break is a comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a great open floor plan, working space, a fun game room, and a wonderful backyard oasis complete with heated salt water pool, tiki hut, and BBQ. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of historic downtown Cocoa Beach, this custom decorated house is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. Enjoy the beach and great downtown restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It's just 3-1/2 blocks to the beach and only 2 blocks to the 4th Street Fillin Station - a great local restaurant and ice cream parlor. It's a perfect getaway for families and couples!

We're in a great location that is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to the beach, river, and downtown Cocoa Beach area with restaurants, bars, and shops. We've converted the garage into an air conditioned/heated game room with ping pong, air hockey, an arcade game, giant connect 4 game, 55" Roku TV, and tables and stools. The beautifully landscaped backyard features a heated salt water pool, tiki hut, outdoor dining, lounging, and seating areas, and Weber BBQ grill.
