The house was in a great location, my older kids had plenty of places to go to at night. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Great beach location and the hosts even provided tents and extra chairs, several beach toys as well. Although we brought plenty ourselves. The house was subdivided into 4 separate apartments, which we were not aware of. But gave privacy to each couple. The house is in need of some updating and just general repairs to the inside and outside. The basement rooms are very humid and moldy smelling. We had to have them bring us more dehumidifiers and something to help with the smell. Two of my kids had a hard time sleeping. This property would be a 5 star if some of these things were addressed.

The number one best feature of this house is its location. You are right on the ocean so the views from the 2nd floor are beautiful (amazing sunrise) and it is a 1 minute walk to the beach and just a few minutes from all kinds of restaurants, bars and shopping. The home is broke up into multiple apartments that each have their own bathrooms and kitchens with full appliances. The house has keyless entry which is great and was nice and clean when we checked. If the beach is your thing this is the place to get. You also get clear views of the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral and we saw one of the Blue Origin launches during our stay which was very cool. The only issue we had was with the internet service being spotty and my cell service wasn't great. I informed the owner and they were getting it repaired. For the money I would call it a great value given the location is on the beach and you are a few minute walks to some really nice restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and retail stores. We did not rent a car and it worked out great.

Family Spring Break!

This house was amazing and had 4 living areas with a kitchen in all of them. The beds were comfortable, the deck had a beautiful view of the ocean, the back yard felt quaint and private, and the location was within walking distance of coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, drinks, and boutiques. Highly recommend staying here!

The pictures and what we arrived to were two different things. We encountered tons of issues some of which include: holes in the walls, doors that stuck and didn’t lock/unlock properly, smoke detectors unplugged, vents hanging from the ceiling. The A/C units were broken and were replaced with portal ones and dehumidifiers that we had to empty several times each day and were extremely noisy. There was mold and mildew which caused a smell throughout the house. The one bathroom sink wouldn’t shut off or drain; therefore we were unable to utilize it. We reached out to the company who manages the house and asked for a partial refund as we had several concerns and what we were told we were getting we did not. They told us the guy was off and would contact us the next day. They offered to send over maintenance, but the issues were not quick fixes. It was a total lack of maintenance. We never heard back from the company again. We were very disappointed in the house, and would not recommend.

We lived hanging out at this beachfront haven. It’s a quirky house with lots of compartments and individual living spaces. Perfect for multi-family or families with teens with all the spaces available. It’s not a normal layout in that there’s no access from inside to the downstairs so keep that in mind if you are thinking of leveraging multiple bedrooms. All that said, having multiple kitchens and laundry, plenty of deck and outdoor space all within walking distance to great restaurants made our trip. It’s a beach location so do not expect perfection—sand and salt can erode here and there . But it was fun and service was communicative so I’d go back again for sure!

This property is located right on the beach so you can view the ocean and horizon from the back patio/balcony. Also, the property includes 4 separate units which makes it ideal for large families or group of friends. Great location and perfect for a trip of multiple families so everyone had there own space. There was a great selection of beach supplies of us to use. The place was also stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, and blankets. The only reason for 4 stars was the beds were uncomfortable and the basement apartments had a musty smell. Overall good stay right on the beach.

The location is the prime feature of this house. You can't beat the beachfront access and view from the second floor. The house itself is a little rough. The pictures make it seem much more modern and polished than it really is. Downstairs smells musty and a little dingy, but upstairs was okay. While the upper story has central air, the bottom floor has window or wall units throughout - ours leaked through the whole stay and was the source of the musty smell. We also didn't love that there was no good communal table area for all of us to gather together to eat or play games. The downstairs beds could use new mattresses.Some plusses are that it truly does offer a lot of privacy for multiple family renters, as each little apartment has its own bathroom and kitchenette. It also came with all the basic appliances and utensils we needed. The beach canopies and chairs were great.We did have a couple maintenance issues that the property manager responded to in a timely fashion but were not resolved during our stay - namely the upstairs dryer didn't run a full cycle (stops after a few minutes), the leaky AC unit, and one of the glass light covers from the fan and light outside randomly fell and shattered all over the deck.Overall, this is an okay place to stay if you value privacy and need space for multiple families and want a great view and beach access. We would use Happy Palm Stays again, but probably not return to that house.
