Located on the top floor for enhanced privacy and scenic potential, this unit boasts a distinctive open loft-style allowing for a natural and airy feel. The main level features the primary bedroom with a full bathroom, while the spacious living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for accommodating extra guest. The spacious loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space, featuring two twin beds. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and gather for meals in the welcoming dining area. Step outside to the screened lanai, complete with comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors. The building is elevator-accessible and includes on-site amenities such as a heated pool and BBQ grills. The second bedroom is actually the loft. There is no door to separate the space. The loft area is perfect for kids.
