Our stay was great and the room was clean and well appointed. Wish pool house bathrooms. Would recommend to others.We arrived late in the evening. It would have been helpful if the numbers on the buildings were illuminated.

We absolutely loved this condo! The location was perfect—beautiful views, great beach access, a screened-in balcony, and the pool just steps away. We took sunrise and sunset walks on the beach and even watched dolphins swimming in the Gulf right from the balcony!The condo itself was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Captiva. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great weekend at this lovely, just steps from the beach, condo. We enjoyed some beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the screened in balcony facing the ocean and overlooking the pool.The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super cozy, comfortable and inviting which gave us restful nights sleep after long days on the beach.Constructive feedback....we both walked away sick (and still are) from uncleaned fans and duck in the bedroom and livingroom which lead to major allergy and sinus issues. We had to stop using them after the first night. Please make sure the whomever cleans, cleans all aspect of the condo and leaves fresh papergoods out for the new guests. This is what we are paying for.

While I appreciate your review, it should be noted that the complaints started at the time of the reservation. The initial complaints revolved around VRBO fees. All VRBO fees are disclosed at the time a reservation is made. I did issue a credit to the guest after several messages from her, even though they were VRBO fees. The complaints extended to such issues that the toilet paper roll did not have enough toilet paper on it, even though there was a more than sufficient supply of toilet paper in the unit. The air ducts were recently professionally cleaned by the condo association. There are two ceiling fans in the entire unit. I inspected the fans upon check out and each had a minimal amount of dust on the fan blade. Had the guest reached out during her short stay, I would have gladly taken care of her concern as I would with any of my guests.

Excellent communication and lovely accomodations with a very pleasant ocean view from the balcony. The check-in was easy and the villa was well equipped for lounging on the beach nearby. There were many restaurants nearby and stores for basic provisions. Great relaxing stay. stay.

My spouse and I have come back here 4 times; the western facing balcony has such great views and the location is so convenient. We always appreciate that there are umbrellas and chairs to take to the beach and the unit is always clean.

Very nice accommodations in great shape. Convenient that the pantry was stocked with some essentials as well. Great location with pool and beach just outside the door, and awesome views of sunset from patio.

Fantastic location! Beautiful landscaping and everything was constantly being cleaned. Villa overlooked the pool. The gas grills and picnic tables were at the pool area. The beach was just beyond. Everything was so convenient. Loved the screened deck, but really appreciated the ceiling fan!! The bed had the most comfortable mattress. We wish we could have taken it back home with us!!!Early May is an ideal time to visit. We frequently had the pool to ourselves!The host was absolutely wonderful to work with and provided great tips to prepare for our trip and answered any questions after our arrival.

Thank you for noting how clean and how amazing the property is! I am sorry you did not care for the bathroom. The bathroom is larger than a standard full bath. While there is no window in the bathroom, the lighting is bright and was updated recently. There are pictures in the listing.

This property was everything we hoped for...the ocean view from the room was incredible ! Watching the sun set every evening from the screened- in balcony was simply amazing...The condo was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Elizabeth (the host) was excellent ! She was very responsive and gave us all of the information we needed. I was also happily surprised to see the condo was so well stocked, even with small things that we didn't expect. The property itself was beautiful, and very peaceful. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes, and the pool was nice also, very well maintained. We will definitely be coming back !

My daughter and I had a very sweet weekend. The bed was comfortable, the living room area was cozy for movie nights, and the view was lovely. We did have to move our car quite a ways a way for the unexpected parking lot repaving on Friday. The tar smell was horrific and we couldn’t even enjoy coffee or meals on the porch. It even affected the beach, but we hiked further down until we smelled sea air only. Saturday was much better and less noxious fumes. We were also able to park in the condo parking lot.We thoroughly enjoyed your pretty space!Looking forward to staying there again someday.Thank you,Holly Jarrett
