South Seas Beach Villa 2313 est un condominium de vacances luxueux et très joliment rénové situé dans le complexe de villas de South Seas Island Resort. Notre copropriété spacieuse comprenant une chambre et une salle de bain comprend un très grand lit king-size dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen-size. Il y a une cuisine complète, salon avec grande télévision à écran plat et une véranda privée projetée pour profiter d'une tasse de café le matin ou un cocktail en soirée. La vue directe sur la plage donne sur le golfe du Mexique et la piscine. Bien que vous n’ayez pas accès aux commodités du complexe, vous avez toujours accès aux piscines de l’association, au tennis (payant), aux barbecues et à la plage. Nous incluons des chaises de plage, un parasol et des serviettes de plage. Il y a de nombreux restaurants juste à l'extérieur des portes du complexe qui sont des options merveilleuses et des magasins juste à l'extérieur du complexe.

We did not use laundry service never been to a place where you paid for using washers/ dryer. AC was fine but needed fan in bedroom to keep it cool.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the AC and the bedroom comfort. We are glad the AC was working well, and we appreciate the suggestion regarding a bedroom fan to help with airflow. Regarding the laundry facilities, we are disappointed to receive a lower rating based on this, as we aim for total transparency in our property descriptions. We do clearly disclose in our listing that the laundry room is available for a fee. This is a common setup in some of our coastal complexes to keep overall nightly rates lower for guests who may not need those specific services. We take a lot of pride in our "no surprises" approach to hosting, so it's a bit disheartening when a clearly stated policy impacts a guest's overall impression. We truly enjoyed having you and hope that, laundry aside, you had a relaxing stay on the island.

We booked this condo the day before check in as a quick get away to heal from a bad situation and had to cancel hours after making the booking due to flight delays and no further flights available before the booking began. Ryan was amazing and helped us out with the cancelation, responding nearly immediately. I really appreciate his help as it was already a super stressful situation. Will definitely try this beautiful place again when it is not last minute during a government shut down.

Loved it all! The condo was located exactly as I had hoped. The beach was very close and even a Starbucks within walking distance. The Osprey out side the lanai. Pelicans, Dolphins, and lots of other birds. Wonderful!

Great property right on the beach, pools werent crowded at all. Parking detals were wrong there was no construction, you can park right next to the room. Its gated but you just need to tell them your room address to get a gate pass.

Check-In was a breeze - we received code for the door ahead. The whole condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook. Loved the balcony and gorgeous view of the Gulf. There were 2 chairs, an umbrella and cooler to use for the beach along with 4 beach towels. Absolutely loved staying here and would love to go back.
