Langosta in Costa Rica, also known as Playa Langosta, is a peaceful upscale neighborhood located 10 minutes walk from the bustling Tamarindo center. Langosta properties for rent tend to the luxury end of the market, with elegant beachfront homes and high-end condominiums.

Langosta Beach offers a great surf break along the estuary and is wonderful for exploring tidepools, shore fishing or soaking in the fabulous sunsets. Stroll along the sand in the morning – at low tide you can walk all the way to Tamarindo – or experience the pristine natural environment by taking a dip in one of the warm tide pools that form along the coast.

Langosta is a quiet neighborhood with several charming markets and restaurants. Tamarindo`s vibrant shops, restaurants and nightlife are just down the road. If you prefer to stay in a quiet neighborhood with near the action, this is the perfect location for you.

Our property has space to park a vehicle, you can rent a car or a golf cart.
We recommend if you are going to reserve a golf cart, reserve a gasoline one as the electric one is not allowed to be connected to the building.
Please note that in the high season (November - May) the public parking for the beaches is overcrowded.

The open living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, granite eating bar, lovely dining area and TV area with floor to ceiling sliders opening to the terrace. The pristine beach of Playa Langosta with its unrivaled sunsets and relaxing tide pools is right across the street.

The additional guest bedrooms (one including a desk/workspace) share a full bath with walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a half bathroom in the open living area and a dedicated laundry room adjacent to the kitchen.

The Peninsula Langosta building, surrounded by well-manicured tropical landscapes, has elevators, underground parking (1 space for renters as well as storage for your beach gear) and 24/7 security. - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
