Les villas pittoresques de La Esquina sont à seulement 100 mÚtres de la plage. Notre villa vous accueille lorsque vous entrez dans un complexe paysager naturellement luxuriant avec une piscine rafraßchissante et une piscine privée sur notre grande terrasse privée.

«Pez Vela» a 3000 pieds carrés spacieux de vie intérieure / extérieure. Situé au dernier étage / penthouse / 3Úme étage (avec ascenseur). Complet avec un patio privé ouvert en plein air / salle à manger pouvant accueillir 12+. Je suis également complet avec une piscine privée directement sur la terrasse surdimensionnée privée pour une vie intérieure / extérieure parfaite. Le penthouse occupe tout le troisiÚme étage.

Ce magnifique complexe de stuc possÚde la plus belle piscine de Playa Langosta ou Tamarindo - une piscine de jardin de 90 pieds avec des plantes tropicales luxuriantes, des chaises longues et une douche de luxe en plein air. Votre condo est meublé professionnellement, offrant 3 grandes chambres avec salle de bains, une grande grande salle pour se détendre, une terrasse privée au large de chaque chambre avec des chaises confortables pour lire / sieste. Il propose également une grande cuisine ouverte en teck et bien équipée en granit avec une terrasse barbecue adjacente. La terrasse du barbecue a également une table et des chaises pour quatre personnes, un ventilateur et de la lumiÚre. Cette villa dispose également d'une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, et 3. 5 salles de bains carrelées de grande taille.

La salle Ă  manger ouverte peut accueillir confortablement 8 adultes avec une salle Ă  manger supplĂ©mentaire hors de la grande terrasse adjacente Ă  la grande salle (oĂč vous pouvez vous asseoir 8 autres!). Il y a aussi et un patio en plein air supplĂ©mentaire sur le toit seulement un vol au-dessus. Vous et vos invitĂ©s pouvez profiter de la vue imprenable sur la cĂŽte de Playa Langosta et des couchers de soleil spectaculaires.

L'utilisation intensive du beau bois de teck orne toutes les armoires complétées par un sol en pierre naturelle extraite localement et de beaux comptoirs en granit italien partout.

Chaque chambre a un ventilateur de plafond Ă  caissons et un contrĂŽle du volume de la musique. Le salon a Ă©galement des ventilateurs de plafond. Grande climatisation.

La plage est une courte promenade sur un chemin de jardin et est idéale pour se promener, se marer ou se promener dans la ville animée de Tamarindo. Playa Langosta est une communauté résidentielle haut de gamme calme, mais à seulement 15-20 minutes à pied de la plage (ou deux minutes en voiture) de la ville animée de Tamarindo connue pour son fabuleux surf, ses restaurants, ses magasins et ses divertissements. Il y a aussi une grande plage de surf à Playa Langosta qui est à environ 5 minutes à pied du condo. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à Tamarindo depuis Playa Langosta sur la plage à marée basse ou sur la route en tout temps.

Absolument le meilleur club de plage de tous les temps est à 5 minutes, avec une nourriture exceptionnelle, des tables de plage, du matériel à louer (kayaks, etc.) et des leçons de surf.

La Esquina possÚde des jardins luxuriants magnifiquement entretenus et un banian qui attire de nombreux oiseaux à observer. Il y a aussi une sécurité 24 heures sur la propriété et un parking sécurisé.

La chambre principale a un pont principal privé pour lire, se prélasser. Une chambre a un balcon privé, l'autre chambre s'ouvre sur un grand balcon. Chambres de taille similaire avec de grandes salles de bain identiques.

Beach portion of our Costa Rican vacation

We really enjoyed this portion of the trip. The location was great with easy access to town and the beaches. Our favorite restaurant of the entire trip both Tamarindo and La Fortuna was hands down Fish and Cheeses. The pizza was the best we've ever had and the seafood and pastas and service were also amazing. We enjoyed many smoothies from the sno cone place right next door to the condo. The condo was well appointed and was homey and comfortable. The property manager and owner were quick to respond and very helpful with suggestions and advice. The couple of issues that I had were minor and didn't really affect our stay. It rained quite hard and often while we were there and there were multiple leaks throughout the home that seemed to have been an issue in the past as well, meaning, they didn't seem to have been new leaks. The stovetop was broken and two of the four burners were difficult or unusable. We didn't use the dishwasher, but it appeared to have been a replacement and didn't fit the space it was in and looked pretty terrible. I know that seems like a minor complaint but it's basically the first thing you see when you walk in to the condo and kind of ruins the aesthetic.

Family Stay in Tamarindo

This lovely villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Spacious living area and delightful porches. Felt very safe and secure. Would have appreciated better water pressure in the shower, but I also understand we were visiting a country that is working hard to control water usage. We would go back to this property any chance we had!

Beautiful villa!

We just left our villa today, it was a perfect stay and a great location! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! The house is very spacious and the outdoor patio as well. Very nice comfortable and spacious condo across the street from the stunning Langosta Beach! Perfect neighborhood for our family to enjoy robust Tamarindo Beach and Town yet escape to a very quiet evening only a nice walk or quick golf cart ride away.This property was ideal for our family of 4, we will definitely book this again!

Spacious indoor and outdoor condo in lovely setting

This large condo is well appointed and comes as advertised. The price point for this owner-loved condo makes it a good value. Positive points: Spaces are well designed, furniture is in good enough condition to be comfortable yet inviting for use even with kids, patio spaces are great, dipping pool is attractive even if you don't use it, the condo pool is exceptional (well designed and cared for), the concierge was extremely responsive (Daniela was our contact), kitchen was appropriately stocked, appliances were very good (dishwasher had problems but is being replaced). The owner is extremely responsive and personable--you can tell she wants you to enjoy your stay. Beds had good mattresses, towels were new and high quality, linens good. Great restaurants within easy walk (2-10 minutes, all very safe). The less than perfect (for some): There is some road noise during the day as a city bus stops across the street and you can hear it from the patio (no issue inside the condo), the howler monkeys in the trees across the street can wake you up early (but that is really kind of fun!), the TV is a small by today's standards (but hey, who is there to watch TV?--and if you must watch, the channels are extensive). The unit has limited views of the ocean but the inviting upstairs observation area has good ocean views. 3 min walk to beach. Highly recommend this rental.

Investment exploration

The property was beautiful. The pool was spectacular. The roof top was amazing. The walk to the beach across from the property was perfect. There were several restaurants within walking distance that were excellent. The facility was secure and easy access. The property manager for the unit was always responsive when we had to call. One of the air-conditioning units was not working when we arrived but it was fixed within a couple of hours. The unit was well taken care of and beautifully decorated. We used the outside living space most of the time. We were excited that we saw the moneys in the trees next to the parking area. The only complaint we had was the elevator not working most of the time we were there. Generally, it would not be a problem but one person in our party had a knee issue, and it was very hard for her to get up and down the stairs. Carting the luggage up and down the stairs was a little difficult. Having the elevators in buildings that are outside and not climate controlled will always be an issue. Love the location to Tamarindo. Just outside the cities activities but close enough to be there in minutes. We experience a very warm and friendly greetings from everyone we came in contact with during our stay. I would rent it again! Pura Vida Kathy

Great stay in Tamorindo

This condo is the full floor and has 3 bedrooms, a nicely appointed kitchen and a fabulous deck. The deck is shaded and has a large table as well as lounge chairs. We spent most of our stay out on the deck! There is a splash pool for cooling off as well as a larger, lovely pool for the condo complex. The location was quiet and located an easy drive away from the active areas of Tamorindo. We rented a golf cart for 6 whiched worked well. There is only one outlet for charging near the parking area so using a gas powered cart might be a better option. The rental coordinator was fantastic and we were able to book travel experiences through her as well as receive information quickly and easily. I would highly recommend this property!

tamarindo stay 2024

the place is very nice. one of the ladies in our group of six has bilateral total hip implants and the elevator to the penthouse floor was no working while we were there. That made it very difficult for her. The water ran out 3 times during our stay. one of the times the water ran out was from 7pm to 1 pm the next day. Despite the setbacks we enjoyed our visit as much as possible and would recommend the place to others looking for a clean place to stay.

Vacation with friends

This property was wonderful. Walking distance to a beach with a lovely sunset. Felt safe as it had a locking gate and guards at night. Town is walkable but it’s a bit of a hike but there was a lot of cute restaurants that were close. The space was big and had plenty of room to spread out. Nice kitchen to cook in. Outside area with dipping pool. This was perfect place for a larger group like ours.

Fantastic Langosta Penthouse

What a wonderful vacation home! Our 3-generation family of 6 especially loved the size and arrangement of the rooms, the refreshing plunge pool on the deck, and the stunning sunset views from the roof. The property is well-tended and perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood just south of busy Tamarindo. We enjoyed walks on both beaches, swims in the lovely pool, and many delicious meals in the neighborhood and in town. Thank you, Janet and Daniela, for your good suggestions and just the right amount of help. We hope to return!

Perfect location!

This very attractive 3 bedroom, 3+ bathroom condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 3 couples. Each bedroom came with its own private bath and access to an outdoor patio. Living room and dining room were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped which is unusual. The main outdoor deck is amazing with another large and comfortable dining table, several cushy chairs and chaise longues and a fantastic soaking tub. There is a public access to Playa Langosta beach right across the street. We're not usually "pool people" but the building's pool is very nice so we ended up using it frequently. We enjoyed having sunset drinks on the rooftop deck too. Secure parking put our minds at ease. Last but not least, the location of this building was perfect for us!! Outside of the touristy craziness of Tamarindo but still within walking distance. Playa Langosta is a rocky beach but great for a beach read in the shade of the trees and a nice dip. Tamarindo is better for swimming, surfing, bodysurfing but much more crowded. It was great having access to both.

First Time Costa Rica Visit

We arrived in Tamarindo and were taken directly to our home after picking up the key, which was super simple. When we arrived, we found the elevator was out of service, but not really a problem. The walk up was easy, and the home was awesome! Exactly as presented and described. Very comfortable living room and bedrooms. The home was clean and cool inside, and everything was in order. There were even beach chairs and beach towels for us to use...a cooler, too! That was great. The beds were comfortable and since all the bedrooms had private baths, all of the guests were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the views were great too. We could see the ocean and the pool from our main balcony which made sitting there great. The plunge pool was fun and gave us another way to cool off after a day out exploring. Oh, and there was plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities close by for us. We did have a golf cart, which is recommended, but not always necessary. We would recommend the house to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay and still be a reasonable distance from town.

Loved our accommodations! Having a golf cart was definitely important for getting around but we appreciated being a bit removed from the busyness of downtown Tamarindo. Nice to have a few restaurant options close by, as well as the market.

A dream for our family

We were lucky enough to rent this beautiful property in Playa Langosta and felt like we were dreaming. The owner was helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. It was such a gift to our family to be able to stay in this lovely condo in paradise. Thank you, thank you, thank you! There were more beautiful beaches, opportunities for activities, moments of peace, delicious food, and the most wonderful environment for our family. We felt so spoiled staying here. Dream Location

First off, we could not have picked a better host in Janet and especially Daniela. Not knowing the area or what to do or what to plan, it was intimidating but Daniela contacted us immediately after booking. From there, she set up activities, bought us groceries so we didn’t have to stop, set up shuttles and was communicating at all hours. She is a gem! The property had very well written instructions and a great book to read about local restaurants. The site is a penthouse called La Esquina “the corner” but it was a huge spacious location with lush and well groomed landscape l. The pool is dreamy as was the dipping outdoor tub. We didn’t mind that it’s not heated as you will need it coming off a hot day. The cleaning was impeccable and the rooms were gorgeous and well kept. Wood accents everywhere made it a home as we’re all the amenities and furnishings. Nothing was left out. The site also is gated and with private security. The area of Playa Langosta is quiet and the bistro across the street has great food and live music. If you want snacks, wine or other groceries there’s a cute little market right down the street. Tamarindo itself is a 15-20 minute walk. But never fear, Daniela can also rent an electric cart to get around. For picky eaters, the kids loved the Surf Beach club with burgers, street tacos and chicken tenders. Everyone is nice, pleasant and welcoming. Stay here and truly relax in a home away from home.

We purchased this property in 2006 after taking several trips to Costa Rica and falling in love with this eco-friendly(and friendly) country. We LOVE Playa Langosta because it is close to EVERYTHING but quiet(but not dead)! We love this small complex for it Moorish architectural influence and it is elegant but understated

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Playa Langosta offer several very good restaurants, bars, a grocery store and small quaint hotels that have cocktails and dining. All of these are in walking distance to the condo. There is a great beach steps from the condo that you can tide pool in low tide and the shoreline is just stunning...for those who surf, there is a great break to the south of the condo (about a 5-7 minute walk). This condo offers fantastic indoor/outdoor living at its best. every room has a terrance and there are sturdy cushioned lounge chairs on each. My guess is you will fall in love with this place too.
