Welcome to your perfect Miramar Beach vacation home, located in the gated Emerald Shores community near Destin, Florida! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a large 3rd-floor loft offers plenty of space for families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Just a 5-minute walk to the private Emerald Shores beach pavilion, this home is ideally situated across from the community pool and close to top Destin attractions, dining, and shopping.

This bright and spacious Emerald Shores rental home features an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space to relax after a day at the beach.

** Construction for the new pavilion and beach ramp is scheduled to begin April 9 and end May 1 (weather permitting). During construction, guests are to use the Leeward Key Beach Access, which is next door to the East of the pavilion gate. Certain areas of the pavilion will be closed during construction as well **

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the private beach pavilion, featuring:

There is a $30 fee per group/per booking to access the beach. This fee is considered an amenity fee through March 1 through October 31. There is an attendant at the beach where the guest will check in, providing their name/lease agreement to confirm.
