This home is an amazing historic property in a very fun, relaxing neighborhood. The roof top terrace is just lovely at night. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Beth was very easy to work with. We highly recommend this home.

This is a rare gem of a property right in the middle of the action in Philadelphia. There are great restaurants nearby and it is a short walk to all of the main touristy things. The host is wonderfully attentive and made sure we were very well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again.

Staying here helped round out our long weekend getaway to explore historical Philadelphia. House has incredible character and is central to all locations within the city, be it walking, hopping on a bus or subway. Hostess was very responsive and easy to communicate with during our stay. Totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others. Set up is especially great for two couples - 2 bedroom suites each with full bath. Would work well also for a family of four with children who can handle stairs, as there are two steep staircases, in line with this being an old city lodging.

We came for a wedding and stayed for a week. We had a great stay. The photos are accurate and the house was clean and had no weird smells or anything negative about it. The location was fun and easy to get around. The host was accommodating. Great experience all around.

Perfect location for walking to just about anything you would want to do. We loved the historic location. Host was excellent to work with! There is so much space with this property. Our family of 5 had ample space to spread out when needed with room to spare. We have already recommended to others with upcoming trips planned to the area.

This was our second time staying in Beth's lovely home. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-outfitted for our needs. The location is very safe and walkable to everything that we wanted to do.
