This little house is absolutely charming and incredibly comfortable. Everything was top-notch from the moment we arrived. Most importantly, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, which is always a priority for me. The water pressure in the bathrooms was outstanding. I appreciate a strong shower, and this property certainly did not disappoint.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The bathroom towels were high quality, and the thoughtful addition of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was an unexpected but very appreciated touch.The management team was wonderful to work with throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, and they made the entire experience seamless.One thing to note is that the house does not have air conditioning. We happened to stay during one of Los Angeles' worst heat waves, so it was quite warm inside. Fortunately, all of the windows have screens, which allowed us to open them and enjoy the breeze. I would recommend closing them when away from the property during the day. We did keep them open at night, which was lovelyThe next-door neighbor was incredibly friendly and even offered assistance if we needed anything during our stay, which added to the welcoming atmosphere.Parking is a bit tight. So maneuvering requires some care.One of the best features of this property is its location. It is just a short and beautiful walk to the beach. Would I return and stay at this house again - absolutely 100%
