This is a lovely property and designed so well with finishings to make any stay perfect. Donna was lovely to deal with and the packet of information was detailed. There is a nice little park steps away and easy access to the surrounding areas. Rice Village was fifteen minutes away, trader joes, and many great restaurants. We looked for a long time and so lucky to have found such a wonderful place to stay. Lots of stairs to the main area and bedrooms but seems to be the trend in housing in the Houston area. Would definitely recommend highly and would stay again.

What a wonderful home! The host was lovely, incredibly responsive, and considered every little detail to make our stay cozy and feel like home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings and linens, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The home matched the online photos and description exactly. The location was perfect for us and within walking distance to many delicious restaurants. Highly recommend!

I fell in love with this neighborhood while visiting my son and daughter-in-law, who live just around the corner. The location is perfect—close to everything in Houston, yet peaceful and inviting. I especially enjoy walking to Memorial Park for long, scenic strolls, exploring local restaurants and coffee shops, and the convenience of the extensive Houston bike trail system.

This is my personal home away from home, designed to be upscale, clean, and comfortable. Built in 2022, it’s modern and spacious, with gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, and the bedrooms are outfitted with organic sheets and towels. I’ve created a space where guests can truly relax and enjoy every detail. Since I will not be using the home full time, I wanted to share this with others who appreciate beautiful. upscale environments.
