La propriété est magnifiquement conçue, confortable, méticuleusement propre et au centre de tout ce que la ville de l'amour fraternel a à offrir! 10 couchages.

Conçu pour le confort, la convivialité et la commodité, la propriété est parfaite pour les couples, les partenaires commerciaux en voyage ou les vacanciers! C'est une maison de plain-pied (sans monter et descendre les escaliers) avec 3 chambres privées (toutes avec lits queen) et deux salles de bain complètes! Le canapé du salon se transforme également en 4ème lit (en taille réelle), et il y a un matelas de sol rabattable (queen size)! Les salles de bains sont magnifiques et un parking privé fermé est idéal et difficile à trouver en ville! Le salon dispose de la télévision par câble et d'une connexion Internet haut débit pour garantir que vos besoins en streaming et professionnels sont satisfaits. *** Stationnement pour 1 véhicule de taille moyenne seulement (pas de gros camions ou remorques s'il vous plaît!)

Great place and location

Best thing about this Vrbo was the owner’s appreciation of our love for coffee every morning.. The unit has multiple was to brew coffee with all the ingredients on site! We loved the location, safe and short walks to metro.

Great location

The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to the sports precinct as well as downtown. We were missing a couple of the amenities; however, the host was quick to give us a partial refund and were very responsive.

We loved the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable and the location was good. Unfortunately, the people upstairs were a bit inconsiderate stomping around in heals on a hardwood floor later in the evening for hours. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

This place was wonderful. A few kitchen items we missed but nothing too serious. Fairly close to grocery store, we walked there but got an Uber back. Was quiet at night. Wish we had more of time to walk around the area a bit more.

Philidelphia Get Away

The Vrbo property was perfect for our time in Philly. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, with off-street parking. Clean and uncluttered. Simply arranged for separate and together time. Walkable to bus and subway. Safe neighborhood with what seemed to be young families. Thanks to the host for good communication.

If you need a great place to stay near downtown Philly!

Minutes from the airport, it’s very easy to get to this lovely house with gated parking, which is at a premium anywhere near center-city, none better is to be found! The house is neat and clean as can be, the accommodations are very comfortable while at the same time one can experience the downtown life in South Philly. When I need to again travel to Philadelphia, I’ll be sure to schedule around this home’s availability. Awesome!

Gated parking!!!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The gated parking was a huge plus! We rented a small/compact SUV and had no issues parking inside the gate. Just as the listing mentions, the parking will work for a small car so keep that in mind when renting your car - a large SUV will not fit and you will need to find on street parking, which can sometimes be tricky. There is a convenience store right across the street to grab snacks and/or drinks. I recommend this place - it was great!

Gem in Philly.

This was a great place in Philadelphia. A nice walk to Passyunk. Lots of storage and nicely equipped. Very clean. The parking was great. We had a mini van and my husband is a super parker but something smaller would be better. The kids didn’t want to leave. Nice and new but blended in with the other buildings. Thanks for hosting us!

Perfect Location

We stayed here a week as we toured Philly and NYC. This home is within walking distance to city center snd has easy access to public transportation and the highway. The parking space is tight, but convenient. The home is beautiful and well furnished. Our only complaint is that the listing says it sleeps 10, but we feel like that is a stretch. The bedrooms comfortably sleeps 6, but the pull out is uncomfortable. The property lists futons in the bedrooms, but outside of a thin futon mattress, there is no futon. Minor complaint, and we were pleased with the value and amenities for our stay.

Beautiful apartment. Felt large with high ceilings. Clean, well stocked kitchen, sleeps 6 (3 BRs) but they have a pull out couch & a mattress or 2 for the floor. Everything seems updated & nice! Parking space was very tight to get into, but there was a gate with a code to keep my car safe. We drive a Prius Prime, so our car is fairly small. Easy to code into the apartment as well! Our only 'complaint' was when we went in, there was a strange odor. Cleaning products? Something else? Despite that, we'd stay there again!

One of the Best VRBO Stays in Philly!

Our daughter and her husband live in Philly and we visit often from New England. We typically stay at VRBOs, and this one stands out as the best so far! This one actually felt like a home. Many times VRBOs don't have all the things you would find in a home, but THIS home had everything! It was spacious and tastefully decorated. Local grocery store and pharmacy orders took under an hour to get to the house. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen and serve them to a group. Kitchen appliances were all new and high end. The bathrooms were super clean and well stocked with gender-neutral shampoo, conditioner and handsoap. It is also the little things....outlets in the wall plentiful enough and close enough to plug in phone chargers! The off street parking was perfect. Neighborhood very safe and quiet at night. This location has upstairs neighbors, but NEVER heard them. We came in a Ford Expedition, but recommend not coming in an SUV of that size. We got in the lot okay, but getting out was tough! I would recommend a vehicle no bigger than a midsized SUV, so the owners description in her advertisement is spot-on! I highly recommend this VRBO Home and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Very nice property

Had a great stay here. Beautiful property, friendly neighbors while we were walking, comfy beds, and huge tv. There was one night (Friday) that the neighbors were having a party all night and we did not get much sleep. That is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Loved it!

The apartment was clean, modern, and overall very comfortable. The off street parking was worth its weight in gold. It made loading and unloading a breeze, not having to worry about looking for parking was wonderful. The rooms are a good size. The beds were comfortable. I loved that linens and more extra blankets and pillows than anyone could need was provided. The only negative I could find was there were no leftover slices of condiments, I’m not sure if that’s a covid protocol. I’d stay here again for sure!

Great for family

This place worked out really well for our family of five. As advertised, the communication with owner was great and check in instructions went very smoothly. It was nice to have a parking spot. Very well located within a 5-15 minute drive to all major attractions. No issues at all. Would stay here again.
