This stunning mountaintop villa is all on one level, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living through 20-ft sliding doors, soaring 18-ft vaulted ceilings, and an open-concept design. The gourmet kitchen boasts a coffee bar, wet bar, mini fridge, and a gigantic granite island that seats six. The quaint living area features an electric fireplace that transforms into a queen Murphy bed for added versatility.

Step outside to your private outdoor oasis: dining for six with a Weber grill, a cozy lounging area with swing, fire table, and a heated pool with built-in benches, Baja sun deck, automated jets, bubblers, and light show controllable via iPad.
