Spacious 2BR/2BA Basement & Parking in Downtown Bethesda

This is a two bedroom / two bathroom in-law basement in the lower level of a single family home in Downtown Bethesda / Chevy Chase. There are two off-street parking spaces available in the backside of the home. Without car? No problem! Bethesda Metro Station is just a 6-minute walk away!

This space has an interesting set-up. The space includes two queen beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and “living room” area that also has its own private entrances. The two areas are separated by a hallway that lead to your own private laundry room.

The second bedroom is suitable for people no taller than 5’11. This is because the ceiling is rather low in some areas. (Just FYI, I am 5’10 and comfortably lived here for 6 months.)

Guest Access:
All spaces seem in the photos are accessible and useable by guests. The only shared space would be the driveway accessing the property and the recycling/trash bins outside.

Interaction with Guests:
Host will be available on an as-needed basis via text or telephone.

Other details to note:
- Stays longer than 60 days require a deep cleaning of the home (not including organization of personal belongings or laundry) every 30 days. By booking with us, Guest agrees to the monthly cleaning and it’s associated costs.
- Quiet hours start at 10:30PM
- There is a great deal of storage space in the entrance hallway
- One of the bedrooms is situated in a studio-like space where there is a dining area and a living room.
- The two bedrooms can be treated as semi-separate units as they have their own private entrance
