Appartement neuf et moderne sur Red Line!

Bienvenue dans notre appartement 1 chambre entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© au cƓur de Chevy Chase / Friendship Heights! Notre maison se trouve Ă  7 minutes Ă  pied de la station de mĂ©tro / gare routiĂšre Friendship Heights et de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants. L'appartement a de belles finitions modernes, de nouveaux meubles, une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et un espace de travail (ordinateur Apple et imprimante). Nous accueillons les familles avec enfants et sommes fiers de dire que notre quartier est parmi les plus sĂ»rs et les plus verts de Washington.

Cet appartement fait partie de notre maison et c'est pourquoi nous mettons toute notre passion et notre amour à le remodeler et à le meubler. David et moi avons essayé de penser à tout ce dont un homme d'affaires, un couple ou une famille pourrait avoir besoin pendant leur séjour. Par conséquent, nous avons une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et des éléments essentiels tels qu'une machine à café, une chaise pour enfant et des verres à champagne (qui n'en a pas besoin en vacances, non?). Nous fournissons également une buanderie qui a: un nouvel ensemble de laveuse et sécheuse et un fer à repasser.

The apartment was clean and efficient with all the things needed for a comfortable stay.The Metro was nearby. We made use of the donut shops and grocery store each day.Our boys enjoyed the magnetic dartboard!The floors has special insulation so noise between floors wasn’t noticeable.

We stayed here for a week in late October and early November. The apartment provided everything we needed, was safe, in a great neighborhood, and quiet day and night. The host went above and beyond in anticipating what a traveler might forget to bring like snacks and toothbrushes. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals or heating take out food. For a basement apartment, this unit is very light and bright. The red line on the Metro is only a few blocks away. We would stay here again without reservation.

Amazing location of this great English basement apartment rental. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed each one. The bed was comfortable and the place had everything we needed. Easy walk to Whole Foods for a few small grocery items. Plenty of things already provided, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and sugar, etc. I was so glad to not have to buy paper products in order to stay here. It makes a huge difference to already have key essentials. The best part of this place is how beautiful and safe the neighborhood is and the easy access to the Metro. We will stay here again and again every time we visit DC.

Our house is located in a beautiful and unique part of Washington, D.C. -- Chevy Chase. While being an established, safe and green neighborhood it is a short walk to Friendship Heights Metro (7 minutes!) and has a cool and happening vibe to it: tons of shopping and great options for dining -- both casual and fine. Please see the full list of our neighborhood perks below. If you have any questions about where to go or need any help with reservations -- don't hesitate to contact me. I am a big foodie and will always be happy to help you find a perfect dinner spot. We will also provide you with a complimentary visitor's guide and a map.
