Spacieux deux New-Level Accueil !! Cinq chambres (1 lit king, 1 lit queen et 3 lits plein) et 4 Bains offre un grand confort et d'intimité. Magnifique jardin aménagé sur mesure et aménagé comprenant un barbecue au gaz et un foyer encastrable. Il y a aussi un barbecue au charbon de bois pour ceux qui préfèrent un barbecue plus naturel. La maison dispose également d'une piscine pour tous les invités. Le pauvre a une pompe à chaleur qui fonctionne avec la température des environnements. Il n'y a aucun coût supplémentaire pour chauffer la piscine, cependant, la température de la piscine ne peut être garantie en raison des variations de la température ambiante

This is the perfect home for us and our staff. Perfect amount of bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool is awesome too! We are in AZ for 32 days every year and being able to stay in a nice neighborhood and nice house takes away some of the sting of being away from home for so long. Great location...nice quiet and safe area...beautiful home with everything we need...host is easy and great to communicate with. Only suggestion would be to give us an option to have someone come in halfway through our stay to give it a good cleaning! Coming and going staff members can create a bit of a mess! Would recommend this place to anyone who needs to come to AZ to stay for awhile!

Perfect!

We could not have been happier. The place was great and we had so much fun. This was our first vrbo experience and we would definitely come back. Even little details were thought of...a chest full of pool toys and a toy box inside for the kids, kitchen stocked, bathrooms etc. had basic necessities. We loved it and thank you so much Carlos!! We'll be back if you'll have us!

Our Experiences

During our stay, we experience several issues, some minor, some major. The property owner or manager needs to do a through cleanup and refresh from top to bottom. It looks like that hasn't been done for quite a while. This would keep the property attractive to past and future renters. Even though I didn't give it a high rating, I would still not hesitate to stay there again. It is a beautiful home.

Great Stay for Staff!

We had staff in Phoenix for a month running an adult baseball tournament. The location was perfect for us and central to everything we needed. The house had the perfect amount of space where we could all spread out and have space. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Love that the Master was on the first floor.! It could have been a smidge cleaner,, such as previous food items from other stays being discarded, pool being cleaned at least once for that long of a stay, and floors being swept and mopped. Just very minor things. Overall this was a great place to have several people staying for an extended amount of time. The host and property manager were super nice and responsive! We will definitely be checking to see if this is available next year!

Thank you for your Review Stacy! Was the pool very dirty? I have a pool tech that cleans and service the pool every week. Unless it was very windy or there was a monsoon, the pool should have been clean. I will talk to them. I will let the cleaning crew about the food from previous tenants. Best, Carlos

Thank you so much for sharing your home for 38 days with us... There is so much space and bedrooms to choose from and bathrooms to choose from we really love the master being downstairs.. We were in the pool probably 80% of the day almost every day.. We used this house for a neutral place to be while searching for our forever home. It was PERFECT. Easy to find and easy access to everything you would ever need or want. I spent alot of time searching for the perfect VRBO to be happy for that long of a stay...DON'T hesitate...it's GREAT!@!!

Very enjoyable stay with good amenities

The house was very nice, quite large, great amenities and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and property manager were very responsive when we had any issue, even coming to fix a few items that we saw that werent great for us. They also provided a high chair and play pen for our daughter. Small issue of scorpions inside and near the pool, but I think they had a bad pest control service so it's not the owners fault. Would stay again if needed.

Excellent stay

The property is clean and as described. Amenities all work, and garage is spacious. Pool is great, and the fireplace in the yard is fantastic. Will definitely love to stay here again.

Spacious house, beautiful garden

We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and well decorated. We loved the pool in the back garden, and were pleasantly surprised by the lake and playground right outside the front door. Carlos was great to deal with and the property manager was helpful and accommodating. We loved it and will be back next year, if we can book it!

Fabulous stay

We had a great time, the house and amenities are wonderful. We had everything we needed, the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone. We didn't use the outside too much but want to come back in the summer so we can use the outside. Great communication from the owner. We would recommend this to anyone coming to the Gilbert area, you won't be disappointed.

Very Nice and Spacious Home

Every spring 6 of us girls take a trip to Arizona for sun and pool. We found the house on E. Melrose the best fit for us in terms of bedrooms, bathrooms and beautiful pool and outdoor furniture. The two small concerns we had were ......having to wash pool towels when we first arrived. Not sure why housekeeping hadn't done this. Secondly, we all take turns cooking and the kitchen, although having adequate dishes, needed additional pots, mixing bowls, measuring cups, spoons, etc. Otherwise, you will have a wonderful, comfortable stay in this house. We would also like to say Sarah the manager was very helpful and quick to respond to our calls.

Therefore, if you are traveling for business or pleasure this house can offer you the necessary accommodations to make your stay in Arizona a pleasant one. You will not be disappointed.
