We had a large family group with lots of kids and this place was spectacular! Spacious, plenty of bathrooms, excellent location and the communication was wonderful as well. We will definitely be returning. What a fun place to stay!

Our large family and two pups had a wonderful time! The kids were absolutely thrilled with the trampoline and playhouse. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Just come, relax and enjoy! We’d love to come back!

Perfect for families!

Our kids loved staying at this property! From the jungle gym, to the trampoline, to the hot tub, they had a blast! It was very family friendly, very comfortable, and the owners were incredibly welcoming. We had an excellent stay!

We loved our stay here. Very clean and the owners were very responsive. Quiet area with easy access to hiking and town. Perfect place for our family reunion with Plenty of things to keep our little ones busy.

The property was perfect for our large of 15. The kids had a great time using the trampoline and zip line. We used the shuttle at the end of the road to get to our place and that worked wonderfully. They had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, electrical cords, gravel for the driveway when it was icy, bathroom supplies, etc. Thank you Jared and Amy for the great vacation!

Beautiful play to stay

This condo is absolutely amazing and very close to Main Street. Owners were extremely friendly and answered questions quickly. Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future. We had 14 people and is was very roomy for us all.

Home was beautiful. Kitchen is very well stocked if you plan to cook while there you will have everything you could need. Plenty of space for privacy. Owners live near by and are very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Family Fun

The entire family had a wonderful time. We are a large group (14) with mixed ages and the gone accommodated all very well. We felt at home. Amy was wonderful, providing lots of information and even blow up beds when needed. I give her a 5 star rating.

50th Anniversary Family Party

This was the perfect place for us to celebrate with our four kids and their families (15 total people ages 5 and up). Rooms for all, big kitchen and dining, activities inside and out for small kids and teens. We also took 300+ pictures in the beautiful settings just steps from the house. Amy is very attentive to anything you need. Thanks so much for making our time memorable.

Friends Ski Weekend

My friends and I have been doing a Ski Trip every other Year since 1990. This time we had 10 skiers come to Breckenridge and the house was great. Plenty of room, everything you needed is there and a short drive to town. Amy the owner is great to work with and very responsive to questions. If/when we come back to Breck, this will be a reschedule.

The house was amazing! We felt like we were in a home that someone loves very much. Amy even left us a lovely hand written note which was so thoughtful. We would absolutely stay in the house again at any time of the year. There are so many outdoor activities that our kids wanted to play outside rather than come right back in and ask for their tablets. The walk to / from the bus is long for little kids but we look forward to all being able to ski in and out when our kids are bigger and when we've had better snow so peak 10 is open. Loved the Boom wall and that we left a tiny stamp on this house. We'll be back!
