This quaint Sunnyside retreat features two bedrooms - both with private bathrooms and balconies with Gulf views. Guests will find plenty of space, comfort, and convenience throughout their visit. The superb climate control keeps the home comfortable in all seasons allowing for enjoyable visits all year. Recently renovated with a brand new kitchen fully equipped to meet your needs. Whether you’re relaxing indoors, on the balcony or patio, or exploring nearby, this enchanting home offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Both bedrooms function as master bedrooms featuring private full baths and balconies each with Gulf views. Relax on the second floor balconies with custom outdoor furniture.

The lower level features an enclosed (screened-in) outdoor patio with additional space to relax.

Space for two cars in the driveway.

Perfectly situated on the West End of Panama City, nestled between Pier Park and 30A with ample shops and restaurants.

Rachael was a wonderful host. Her place is absolutely amazing if you want to be further away from the extra crowded area of PCB and like it a bit more quiet! The walk to the beach could not be any easier, even hauling tents/coolers etc. Outdoor shower to rinse off. Well stocked kitchen. I cant say enough positive things about her place. All around great trip, will definitely stay here again.

This listing was very clean and modern. The location was perfect for us. It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach without a beach cart. The check in/out process was easy as well. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Beach house was perfect for our mother:daughter trip! It’s in walking distance of the beach, so close! House was very clean and comfortable! The host was great with communication and even provided an iron when asked if there was one in the house. This house will definitely be on my list to revisit! Thank you again!

This beautiful place was even better than the listing described. For a family that has a toddler and likes to cook, we were very pleasantly surprised at the kitchen set up and baby gate at the bottom of the steps. Everything is very clean and comfortable inside. It's located further away from the busier part of PCB, which was attractive to us, and the beach was close enough to see from the deck, hear when outside or with a door open, and walk to within just a couple minutes. The host is so kind and attentive, and we had a fabulous first vacation as a party of 3! I would definitely book here or another of Rachel's properties (if she has one).
