Experience the Montecito getaway of your dreams at this 4bedroom 2 bath home.
Private, clean, and recently remodeled house. Fast wifi, 70 inch living room TV, suitable for children, private yard, bocce ball court, and two fireplaces.
This beautifully remodeled house is located within a fully gated and secure Montecito property and is walking distance to the Rosewood Miramar, Four Seasons Biltmore and Coast Village Road. This house has four bedrooms and two baths and is very kid friendly. The house features a brand new kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry, Bosch, Thermador and gaggenau appliances, air conditioning and heat throughout, and washer and dryer in the laundry room. The accordion doors in the living room bring you out to your private yard and patio which have an outdoor TV, fireplace, lounge chairs, dining table, twinkly lights and you can enjoy a fun game of bocce on the bocce court. Wireless internet and satellite TV are provided in most rooms. The palm house is close to the 101 freeway so you hear noise.
Daily housekeeper available upon request.
There is a Peloton bike available upon request.
