We’re not lying about the title, this truly is a surfer’s paradise. Located across the street from Leadbetter Beach and Shoreline Park, you’ll be mere steps from one of Santa Barbara’s most popular surf spots and family beaches. Walk a tiny bit farther and you’re in the Harbor with a ton of dining and activity options next to Santa Barbara’s cozy West Beach neighborhood.

This single-story Paradise Retreats Santa Barbara home is situated on the bluff above Shoreline Drive with an incredible view of the Channel Islands, beach, harbor, and beyond. The mid-century style abounds with peaked ceilings, large views, and wide open spaces. Three Bedrooms offer deluxe Queen beds and one Bedroom has two twin beds. The focal point is the fully enclosed lanai, complete with a lounge, private hot tub, outdoor heater, and 180 degree ocean views.

Overall great location and views.It was a muggy weekend and there’s no A/C at the location, but fans were available for use. Only issue was that we had a total of 8 guests and not enough towels were put out.

what a great place to relax and enjoy the coast. the view is fantastic. For our family make-up, the two "wings" of the house was very beneficial. our son with his wife and two children under 3 were able to have one "wing" while the rest of us enjoyed the other.The house was exceptionally clean - which was huge for my wife. The grounds provided ample areas for outdoor relaxing with the BBQ.We also enjoyed the secret trail down the beach - just one house over from this one.

The view! This stunning property offered a 180 panorama of Santa Barbara. The view is so broad that we enjoyed coffee at sunrise and the light of sunset across the water in the evening. everything is well maintained, communication was excellent.

I wouldn't even know where to start explaining what a prime spot and beautiful across-the-street view of the ocean. It's huge inside with basically a whole suite on one side. Perfect spot!!

Gorgeous property with amazing views of the bay (we could actually see dolphins!). The sun room was even better in person and we spent most of our stay hanging out there enjoying the view. Very clean, organized, excellent communication with the property manager. Initially a little confusing to find the house because the homes on the street have poor signage of the street numbers. One house over at the end of the block is an easy public path to reach the man road along the water. We would definitely stay here again. Far exceeded our already high expectations!
