Rugs are needed on the cement floor. Waste basket needed in bathroom. No top sheet on one of the beds.Good location. Close to shopping, restaurants and baseball stadium.

Well I feel the property was not nearly what it looked like in photos. The walls were super small you couldn’t have the tv on in the living room while trying to rest in the bedroom! You could hear the conversation of the people next door. There is no coffee maker in until and it’s advertised with one. No wash rags beds are incredibly uncomfortable

Good location and nice building. Quiet overnight and easy access to building. Need a little more attention to a few details. Beds were very comfortable!

Upon arrival the place smelled really bad and lingered throughout the stay. There was supposed to be a key fob in the apt for amenities and it was not there. After requesting it to be dropped off multiple times and being told it would be by the host they failed to do so. The worst part was the AC in the unit did not work. It was 100 degrees outside on the days we stayed and inside the unit it never dropped below 80. We were miserable every night we slept. Aside from the things that couldn’t be overlooked the place was nice and has potential.

Apartment was a good jumping point to the Civic Center 0.6 miles away. The apartment had adequate space for sleeping, but didn’t have adequate space for seating to watch TV or eating. 3 people was a tight fit on the small couch and there’s no table for eating. It served our purposes, but might not work for a group of four staying for a longer period of time. Communication with the property administrator was easy through the VRBO app. Parking spaces were hard to come by on a Friday night.

We arrived after check in time to find the property not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes put back in the cabinets, toothpaste in the sink and on the mirror, sheets not on one of the beds and dead bugs on the floor among other things. Requested the unit be cleaned that evening as we were uncomfortable staying there in that condition. The manager called me and said their cleaning crew couldn’t come out and offered to refund the cleaning fee. Found that unacceptable and requested a full refund which they agreed to. My mistake- not having this conversation through the Vrbo app in messaging. They only refunded the cleaning fee and refused to honor our verbal agreement. We had to pay for a hotel room for the two nights so are out that money as well as the Vrbo stay that we didn’t use. Beyond frustrating!

Showed up to soaking wet towels, but folded on the bed for some reason. Dryer did not work properly and towels were still wet three hours later. Was very late to reservation made a month before. Host offered to bring new towels "Tomorrow", even though we were only staying one night. Host stopped responding after problem persisted... Street parking was extremely limited, There is a massive construction project directly in front of the apartment complex.I would look elsewhere for accommodations.

Make sure you don't park in the apartment parking lot. Either I missed an apartment placard that I could use in order to allow me to park in the parking lot of there was no information. I completely missed the sign that mentioned that it was only tenant parking. Your car will get towed quickly (within 3 hours) if there's no proof than you can park there. 200 plus tax to get your car back. The place was pretty quiet although I did hear a couple arguing a bit too late for me in the evening. It does appear to be in a nice enough neighborhood and I'd probably stay here again. The place was very clean. People were friendly there.
