Cette villa confortable situĂ©e au 2Ăšme Ă©tage de 2 chambres, 3 salles de bains est situĂ©e Ă  Palmetto Dunes. À une minute Ă  pied du magnifique ocĂ©an Atlantique. La villa de plain-pied surĂ©levĂ©e comprend un salon ouvert avec un canapĂ©-lit queen-size, un coin repas et 2 ponts sĂ©parĂ©s. La table de la cuisine peut accueillir 6 personnes, avec 3 tabourets au grand bar du petit-dĂ©jeuner. La chambre principale du roi lumineux dispose d'une salle de bains privative. La chambre d'hĂŽtes offre 2 lits queen et une salle de bain complĂšte. Chaque chambre a accĂšs Ă  des ponts sĂ©parĂ©s qui partagent Ă©galement l'accĂšs depuis le salon. La troisiĂšme salle de bain complĂšte, situĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine, est Ă©galement celle oĂč vous trouverez la laveuse et la sĂ©cheuse.

Great Location

Perfect location for a short walk or bike to both the pristine beach and the tennis/pickleball facility for this family of 4. The 3rd full bath with shower was great so my 19&21 year olds each had their bathroom. The only improvement would have be if the rental had beach chairs/umbrella for use. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Great Location in Palmetto Dunes

This condo is in a great location, very quick and easy walk to the beach. We loved The Dune restaurant and bar right on the beach with nice clean restrooms and is right at the beach access for The Moorings condos. The pool is right next to the condo and it is very nicely maintained. We loved The Moorings condo at Palmetto Dunes! It was very nice and clean. Very nicely furnished, with beach towels and plenty of bath towels/wash cloths. We loved having a washer and dryer which looked brand new. We also loved having 3 full bathrooms, this was a hugh plus!!! We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Perfect place for families

This is our second stay in this same home. We think the layout is perfect for our family and has plenty of space if we wanted a couple of friends to join us on vacation. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything we needed to fix meals. The place was clean and we noticed some upgrades were made on the flooring. While I stocked up on a couple of books to read during my stay, it was nice to see some good books were already in the home. Now that our kids are teens, we felt safe with them going out on their own for bike rides. We noticed several neighborhood patrols keeping an eye on everything. We met some engaging people at the General Store and enjoyed a couple of breakfasts from there. This location is such a close walk to the beach and the Dunes House restaurant. We really enjoy this community and this particular home. We'll be back again soon!

Quick trip, great location.

Family of four. Property was clean, well stocked and in a great location near beach, Dunes House and bike path. Beach towels provided was a nice touch. Longer shower curtain in the bathroom would be nice.

Great location for pickleball and beach

This Villa at The Moorings was an excellent location for us and our friends, who planned this trip to be full of pickleball, biking, and the beach. It’s literally a five-minute walk to pickleball courts and the General Store, and about a three-minute walk to the beach and The Dunes House restaurant. Although showing a little age, the villa was very clean. My husband was a big fan of the very large TV in the living room. However. I would suggest a new king-size mattress for the primary bedroom. Communication with the property manager, The Vacation Company, was excellent, and we really appreciated the credits we used toward beach chairs and a kayaking experience. And thanks for providing the beach towels, too! We would definitely stay here again.

Central location to all the fun!

This condo was perfect for us. We were able to get to the beach, pickleball, and golf without even getting in our car! The VAYK Beach gear credit was awesome. We rented bikes and rode around the island for hours. The beach chairs were comfy and the umbrella was a must!! I would highly recommend.

A nice place with some glaring short comings.

The place was clean and bright but right away we had challenges with a poor quality TV in the main room and a non functioning ice maker. I did not solve the first problem as our stay was short and I didn’t want to waste the time. The second problem was solved with a visit to a local store for a bag of ice. The last problem was the lack of screens on the patio doors which means you could not leave them open without also inviting the outside creatures in. Very strange in my opinion. Overall the place was fine for a week but not a long term stay. Also partly backs on to the Marriot hotel which can be noisy.

Perfection at Palmetto Dunes

The unit was extremely clean, nicely updated and fully stocked with everything you would need. We had an HVAC issue and The Vacation Company responded immediately and resolved the problem. We loved he location of Unit 15 in the Moorings because it was a quick walk to the beach and the pickleball courts. HHI is a special place.

AWESOME location almost on beach and across from pickleball/tennis and general store

We’ve been coming to HHI for many years and always stay in palmetto dunes because we love the beaches and limited access, making it less busy. We always rent bikes and ride over to shelter cove and around the plantation. This condo is in The Moorings, which is just inside the security guard checkpoint, past the tennis courts and general store, which we love to ride to and stop at for ice cream after a long day. While this condo doesn’t have an ocean view (or really much view at all), it’s so close to the beach that we just packed up and headed out to the beach, which is accessible just around the corner at the Dunes House. The Dunes House is also where the weekly Turtle Trot 5k takes place, which is a fun run on the nice hard sand of the expansive beach of palmetto dunes. That was a nice bonus to be steps from the start and finish line, and highly recommend doing that race. Adults and kids had a blast! The condo has THREE full baths, which somehow I missed in the description, but it was awesome to have a bonus shower when we would all pile into the condo to get ready for the evening! Lastly, we really appreciated the extra touches that the Vacation Company (property management) had when we arrived. Their communication, app with information, and text notifications were all great.

Quickly planned getaway

This property was one that jumped out when searching VRBO for a quickly planned getaway for the family. It has good reviews and seems to be rented regularly. The process of reserving this location, checking in and entering the unit, getting quick assistance for some simple items during our stay, and the reminders and checkout process were all extremely easy and smooth. This certainly makes a vacation enjoyable and definitely leads to return trips!

Great location in Palmetto Dunes

We really enjoyed the neighborhood and Palmetto Dunes area of HHI. The condo was quite close and convenient to beach, spacious layout for a small family. There are a couple of pools in the neighborhood but you only have access to one that isn’t key codes. The WiFi was strong enough to stream TV and work remotely. The only negative was when we arrived, the carpets were soaking wet and tiles visible wet presumably from cleaning. The rental company warned us that two chairs were still wet upon check in in the living room, but nothing regarding the floors. I called the rental company which was an answering service on the second day when they were still wet and was told the property manager would call me, but never did. They eventually dried but the damp smell throughout was off-putting. You’d think it wasn’t a professional carpet/floor shampooing company that cleaned the condo before our stay.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at your place. The only thing I would suggest is that you trim the tree branches over the parking spaces. Everyday we were there, birds did their thing while sitting on the tree branches over our car. It made a mess each day and could easily be stopped by just trimming the branches over the 2 parking spaces.

Good location with plenty of room

Good location, plenty of room (two twins, one king, and a sofa bed). Only minor issues. Positive of having two units for the AC. The company that rents it uses a website that has a lot of handy information for your stay.

Last minute getaway

Communication with host was great. I booked last minute so I thought we might have problems during check in but communication was great. The home is much larger than appears. Set up nicely with kids on one side and parents on other side of home. Place was really clean and location is a short walk to beach.

Awesome place to stay!

It’s a great location with a short walk to the beach. Palmetto Dunes is the only place we stay in Hilton Head. We would definitely stay at this property again. I highly recommend it.

Love the property and the location was perfect.

The best thing about renting this property was the convenience of the app I used for this rental with the information I needed. To things needed from checking in the key code of the property to the WiFi passcode to all information of the area from places to eat and things to do with the addresses. This was a great help. Thanks and good job!

Great condo close to beach

The condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return. We love Palmetto Dunes and this unit had excellent proximity to the beach, Dunes House, tennis and bike rentals. The condo layout was great and loved having dual masters with 3 full baths. Only thing lacking was view from the balcony.
